I would love to get some thoughts on this one:

Team A gets

Michael Vick QB PHI

Roddy White WR ATL

2011 2nd round pick #8 (20th overall)

2012 2nd round pick

2011 4th round pick #3 (39th overall)

Team B gets

Jordy Nelson WR GB

Jamaal Charles RB KC

2012 1st round pick

2011 1st round pick #6 (6th overall)

12 team, PPR, 2RB/3WR

Team A has Marshall and Braylon at receiver with not much else, Garrard as the only QB on roster that starts, and Mathews/FJax at RB.

Team B has Dez, S. Rice, Crabtree at receiver, is left with only Rivers at QB on roster, had Wells, Hightower, Jacobs, and B. Scott at RB (ugly RB corps)

I almost feel like Team A sold a bit low on Vick (he was #1 QB PPG by far, and #1 QB overall in this league)

I think it turns both teams into playoff teams. Unfortunately for me. Team A getting Vick is in a terrible division and probably Vick/White separates him from the dreck better than Charles would. Team B getting Charles needed a RB worse than anything and probably even starts 1.6 from day 1; his WR/QB are still very good even after the trade.As far as value the Vick/White side is a clear winner for me, but the trade helped both sides and neither team was going anywhere without it.

Prior to this trade I had three major players with 1 year contracts (Peterson, MJD, Calvin Johnson) and would only be able to keep one of them next season.

I have MJD/J.Charles/F.Jackson/Vereen (plus Moreno and Wells now) at RB, Calvin/Nicks/Fitz/Marshall/Dez/Steve Johnson/R.Moss/M.Thomas at WR.

I feel like I helped his starting lineup rather significantly this year, and hurt mine a bit. I have Peterson, Charles, and MJD in the same tier, though I like Peterson best, but with my WR corps I could afford to take a chance on a couple of young RBs who need to perform this year. We'll see how it works out.

Fred Jackson has little to no value in a dynasty league. He's basically unstartable even if a team is competing and he's complete garbage to a rebuilding team. He's close to worthless, a bye week 30yr old rb filler isnt worth much of anything.Give me 3.04 and a guy who has some hope to become valuable. The 3rd round in this rookie draft has some decent gambles.

Trade worked for both sides. Fred was my 5th best RB for 2011 (start 2+flex) and maybe 8th best dynasty RB. He had a real need there (Hillis/BJGE/RyanW/Jacquizz). The pick will = Bilal, so if he hits I win, if he's a backup/bust I didn't lose much.

I agree it was actually a decent return for Graham, who I feel is a little overhyped. However the way those picks wer used make the deal look far worse.

I agree it was actually a decent return for Graham, who I feel is a little overhyped. However the way those picks wer used make the deal look far worse.

I got Graham in this deal.Graham solidifies my 2nd place roster from last year..cringed when I saw other owner's picks...guys like Kendal Hunter, Delone carter, Vincent Brown, Steven Ridley, Jacquiz Rodgers, Randall Cobb went after or during his picks...It is only a 1 QB league.

Liked what team A did. It helped the QB issue, added more RB depth, didn't really hurt his receivers, got a TE with huge potential in the system he's in

Team A had to rectify the QB situation. You have any ideas as to how it should have gone differently? Ben is a long term answer at QB. Now there is time to grab a rookie QB next season and let him develop. QB is a position this team has scraped in for the last few years without great success. Was time for a permanent solution. Ben can put up top 5 #'s and is young in QB years..

I would guess that many Rivers owners would do this based on ADP.
