Sweet deal for the new Sid rice/Fred Davis owner
Really? Rice is in a terrible situation and Fred Davis just got busted for a failed drug test. I prefer Garcon over both.
The garçon that used to make Peyton manning look bad on a weakly basis?
Garcon > RiceGarcon > Davis

Give me the upside of Rice/Davis versus Garcon all day long.

Well, Davis is looking at a 4 game suspension right now and if he screws up again you're talking about one year. Garcon looked better than Rice without Manning and he's still young (26). He also stands to benefit from drafting Andrew Luck. Talk about upside.

What do you mean a 4 game suspension right now? Is he suspended to start the season? I thought he'd served his suspension and was good to go to start the season.Much rather have the Davis/Rice side, but that's just me...

Startup mid draft trade. sixteen teamTeam A gives:Demarco Murray5.047.0411.04Team B gives:6.012012 rookie 1.012012 rookie 2.162013 round one rookie2013 round two rookie
Team A robbed the other guy. Just Trent is worth more than all that. Oof
As Team A I am happy to hear you say that. Took three days of back and forth to hammer that one out. I just hope Trent doesn't end up in Washington.

Can't believe you got a 13 first and 6.01. Well done.

I saw this trade happen in one of my leagues yesterday, 14 team PPR

Team A gives: Steve Johnson, Fred Davis and pick 2.01

Team B gives: Mike Wallace and Zach Miller (Seattle)

12 team .5 ppr:

Team A gives: CJ2k, Javon Ringer

Team B gives: 2012 1.01, Dion Lewis (would have been cut to make room)

12 team PPRTeam A gives Julio Jones and 2.5Team B gives 1.2 and Shonn Greene
Team A must be hurting at RB to do this.
I would think the 1.02 is close to Julio in value? Trent or Blackmon basically. And Greene is worth more than the 2.05 for me. For all the abuse he's taken he still averaged over 4 ypc and had 1200+ total yards this year.
I was team B. Thought it was a fair trade, eventhough I overpaid for Julio. Team A was really hurting for RB and I was hurting at WR. I agree that Julio basically equals 1.02 (I happen to think Julio will be better than Blackmon ever will). Greene was also worth more than the 2.05, but my mancrush for Julio overrode my brain. Hope it works out for me. I will be upset though if the 1.01 doesn't take Richardson.

Julio > 1.02. Agree pretty fair deal.

Yikes which way?
I like the side getting Bradshaw and Wells by quite a bit
I was the side getting Bradshaw/Wells. Trade partner is an excellent FF player though, and I held out for a lot because I hated letting Charles and T Smith go. Big upside for both.

I was saying "yikes" the other way, so........

12 team PPRTeam A gave Shonn GreeneTeam B Gave Brandon LLoyd
In non ppr I'd rather have Lloyd. In ppr I don't think it's even close
Most would rather have lloyd, especially in PPR. But I'm not surpised this is all he went for. It took him too long to catch fire, and now he's 30. I realize that's not "old" for a wr, but it is for dynasty value.
I agree with this. I'm an owner and there just isn't anyway you can move him because you won't get a fair value when you figure his scoring potential in an offense like New England or even back in St. Louis. He'd also fit in Philly if Desean ends up somewhere else. however, because of history you won't get fair value because he just doesn't have a track record of success and is older

Team B gave up Ryan, Matt ATL QB;Heyward-Bey, Darrius OAK WR; Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.12

12 team dynasty league, no PPR

Gave up Pierre Thomas, Demaryius Thomas, pick 1.10

Got Ahmad Bradshaw, Danny Ware

I'm loaded at WR with Fitz, Green, Marshall, and Harvin, and I'll be fighting to replace Peterson until he's healthy next year. Plenty of question marks in Lynch, Wells, Spiller, Jackson, M. Bush, and McGahee already on my roster, but I consider Bradshaw a step up over most of them.

I think A made out pretty well on that one.

So who's Team B cutting instead?
B cut Eddie Royal to make room for the second player. Team A (my team) had an extra roster spot (due to trading two players for a pick) and asked for Lewis as I liked him more than some of my scrubs. Probably would have taken Royal too but didn't want to overcomplicate once it had been re-proposed with Lewis included and Royal would have been on the bubble when IR players got reactivated and drafted players hit the roster anyhow.

You're talking about Lloyd's trade value being low because he's old. Well greens value is low cuz he isn't a good rb. I'd say Lloyd's two most likely landing spots are ne and stl, either way id feel confident in him as a wr2, except he comes at the price of a wr3 or worse. Nothing wrong with owning a wr2 for the next 2 to 3 years. On the other hand green was a guy last year that you weren't confident in starting as a flex and has underperformed for two straight years. Wouldn't be surprised at all to see the jets bring in another back from the draft or free agency.

Gimme DT alone over Bradshaw, even more so in non-PPR... You got hosed

I don't know why people keep thinking NE would be such a great landing spot for Llyod. I really think he'd be nothing more than a very good situational deep threat there. He'd surely trail Welker and Gronkowski in targets and I'd imagine he'd be behind Hernandez as well. Brady still loves Deion Branch, despite his declining skills, (who will likely stick around) - I just don't see how Llyod would be a consistent producer in NE.ETA: with that said I do agree Green is a risk to be replaced in New York. While he's a solid power back, and a little better than he gets credit for, he isn't anything special at all and is unable to do anything without a solid blocking scheme. So I don't see anything wrong with getting Llyod for Green.
