Give me Hernandez by a large margin, but maybe cuz I dont like either redman or Vereen
I'd take the other side.Potentially 2 starting RBs this year and a top 3 pick
Giving up an elite tight end for a running back thats shown nothing and redman who i personally dont think will be good next year doesnt make up for the upgrade in picks

10 team start-2-QBAaron Rodgersfor1.2Josh FreemanJeremy MaclinFrank Gore
I've never played in a start 2 QB league, but even so, this still seems like too much to give for Rodgers. I'd rather have Luck/RG3, Freeman, Maclin and Gore. Is the guy that traded for Rodgers completely stacked at every other position?

10 teams definitely puts more of a premium on elite studs. So I guess that makes it not so terrible.

I'm in a 10 team superflex, and this is an easy trade to make if Freeman is your QB2. Maclin is nice, but there's only 30 starting WRs. Gore isn't worthless, but he's almost to that point. The important parts are the 3 QBs.

As a guy in a 12 team 2QB league, I'd rather have Rodgers.

that's not nearly enough for Rodgers in a start 2 QB league, IMO.
Before the year I offered Flacco, Stewart and Wallace for Rodgers and was turned down w/o a counter. The difference between Rodgers and QB #24 was more than the difference between RB #1 and RB #70 and more than WR #1 and an empty roster spot in 2011.

Give: R.CobbGet: V.Brown I made this move twice in two of my dynasties about two months ago! :)
I'm curious, is this because you think Brown can be a WR1? or is it a short term reaction to VJax not getting franchised and likely leaving?Ultimatley, you are saying Brown will produce more than Cobb, just trying to figure out why.

The team getting VJax and DT would be getting a steal IMO. I also happen to think Dez is slightly overrated, but still, 2 for 1 is a deal you have to pretty much make.

Follow up from the trade a few posts back, as I've already moved Demaryius Thomas.

Team A Gave - Demaryius Thomas

Team B Gave - Greg Little, Santonio Holmes, 3.07, 3.11

The first trade, I like Team B. I prefer Bowe over Wallace (I know I'm probably in the minority on that one), and I think Collie is a good pickup this offseason. The second trade depends entirely on the needs of the two teams. In a vacuum I prefer Team B. If Team A is QB needy though, I'd prefer that side.

Same league as above (16 team 0.5 PPR)

I gave

Bowe

Cook

1.05

for

A.J. Green

Gives me a WR group of

Nicks

Fitz

Green

Dez

and TE's of

Graham

Gates

Thoughts?

Took over a team in a rebuild mode, and after making 4 separate trades (and flipping pieces I got in those trades) in my Salary Cap league I've turned my roster from

This:

QBs - Manning ($4.5m / 1), Ryan ($2.5m / 1)

WRs - Dez ($3.5m / 3), Cobb ($1.5m, 4), LaFell ($0.7m, 3), Morgan ($0.5m, 3)

TEs - Moeaki ($0.5m / 3), Rudolph ($0.5m / 3)

2012 - 1.2, 2.2, 3.2

2013 - 1, 2, 3

To:

QB - Michael Vick ($7m, 4)

WR - AJ Green ($2.8m / 4), Little ($1.7m, 4), Cobb ($1.5m, 4), LaFell ($0.7m, 3), Morgan ($0.5m, 3)

TE - Rudolph ($0.5m, 3)

2012 - 1.1, 1.6, 3.13, 3.15

2013 - 1, 2, 2, 3

Additional players to be added in FA

A boring one, but I like to see all levels of trades, so I'll include it.

Team A Gave - Earl Bennett

Team B Gave - 3.07 (31st rookie pick)

He forgot to add that he gave up Foster, Rice, and McCoy to get from A to B. :P

12 team PPR

Gave: Greg Little

Got: James Jones and 2013 1st round pick

Little was behind AJ Green, Julio, Britt and Wayne on my roster and the 2013 pick had the 1.01 this year and traded it and only has 2 RB's on his roster, Green from Green Bay and Spiller so I have faith it will be a top 4 pick next year.

Haha :POriginal running backs were Moreno (which I dropped and am taking a $2m cap hit for), Barber, and Peterson (who's contract expired and would've been $15m this season - 33% of my cap)Trades were as follows#1: Dez, Ryan, 1.2 for 1.1, 2.1, 2013 2nd#2: E Manning, 2013 3rd for Vick, Little, 2013 1st, 2013 2nd - Told the other owner I wouldn't take Vick unless he gave me incentive for taking on his massive/long contract. He was in need of cap space. If I cut Vick, it will end up costing me $3.5m in dead cap money this year, and $2.5m next year#3: 3.02, 2013 1st, 2013 2nd, Moeaki for 1.06, 2.15, 3.15#4: 2.1, 2.2 for Ryan Mathews ($6m / 3) - Owner didn't want Mathews, felt he could get someone he preferred in FA and didn't want to deal with his cap hit. Wanted to be able to hit on 2nd rd picks since they only account for 1% of our cap space.#5: Mathews & 2.15 for AJ Green, 3.13, 2013 3rdI'll be filling out the rest of my roster during FA which begins next week :)

Ooof.
Which side is the "ooof" for?
Yea, people should clarify this.
Seriously. I like the Little/Holmes side but Thomas could blow up; I see it as pretty fair.
I like the Thomas side on this one.

12 team

give 1.04

get 2.04, three 2013 1st rounders (could be anywhere, I would rate them as mid-firsts right now... probably 50/50 that at least one will fall in the top 4)

I gave up 1.04. I turned down two 2013 1sts a week ago without countering, so he knew he had to overpay to get it.
