2012 Offseason Dynasty Trades (1 Viewer)

12 team, 1 PPR, 1QB, 2-3RB, 3-4WR, 1-2TE, 1PK, 1DEF

Team A gave DeMarco Murray, Eric Decker, 2013 1st (late)

Team B gave LeSean McCoy

12 Team PPRTeam A gives: Mccoy, Decker, FlaccoTeam B gives: Cam, Gore, Louis Murphy, 2.12, 2013 1st (mid to late)
ouch....and I thought the trade I posted got a good deal on McCoy, and your guy gets Decker to boot.
I don't think it is very bad at all. If owner considers Cam 1st round startup value...
I don't know......considering Gore is about done except for maybe being a low RB2/flex option for a couple more years, the deal is basically McCoy/Decker for Cam and whatever results from a possibly late 1stEDIT: I'm pretty high on Decker though

16 team PPR Dyno made this deal about a week ago.

Gave: Wallace, 2013 1st round, and 2013 2nd round

Got: Jimmy Graham

I love how whenever anyone gives up a future pick in this thread it is always a late one. :lmao:

A couple bad breaks and any team can be picking in the top 5.

Just made this trade in a league where I already have V. Davis at TE.Gave:Jacob Tamme2013 3rdGot:Jon BaldwinSidney RiceAustin Collie
I love how you had to preface it with you already having Davis, as if you wouldn't have done it otherwise.
If I had nothing at TE, I may not have, despite the value. Tamme should be a TE1 for a season or two, and I'm trying to win.
I believe Rice alone could have netted the guy a TE better Tamme.

Traded Ryan Williams and a 2013 2nd for Denarious Moore and a 2013 1st in a superflex dynasty. I'm deep at RB and absolutely LOVE 1st round dynasty picks. Might be an addiction.

12 team, 1 PPRTeam A gave Vincent JacksonTeam B gave Justin Blackmon, 2013 1st
I'll take Blackmon and the pick. Vjax is too boom or bust for me. He'll win you two or three games and hurt you the rest of the season. Now he's going from the chargers to a run heavy offense. I could be wrong, but I'm staying away this year.

I would have thought the picks should be reversed. Well done

I think tamme could be useful this year but I have the feeling collie and Baldwin (forget about rice) will make this trade look really bad over the course of this season

12 team PPRA gave: M Bennett/2.12B gave: 2.09/2013 3rd/2014 3rd
Great pull here. While I like Bennett's potential if he can put it together for the Giants; I am not sure this is the going rate as I am trying to figure out his value
He went undrafted in my rookie/FA draft 2 weeks ago. I considered him with my last pick and didn't like the things I read about him being out of shape.

10 Team Dynasty Non PPR Pass TD 4 pts Rush/Rec TDs 6 points

Gave

Year 2013 Round 1 Draft Pick (probably late)

Note: We do a 5 round Rookie/Free Agent draft, but we do one round per month, so 4.02 is worth more than in a normal rookie draft done all at once.

He actually didn't look that bad at 290. If Jake Ballard can hold value in that offense, no reason Marty couldn't outproduce it. Seems like his value varies drasticallyAll depends if he can get on the same page as Eli. Has to be motivated in his 1 year prove it deal

I agree and will probably end up with him in a redraft or two. Just didn't fit in with my dynasty roster.

Any trades involving Randall Cobb?
A gives Ryan Broyles + 2013 1stB gives Randall Cobb
I'll take Cobb all day
wonder if you would be saying that had Broyles not tore his ACL? Seems like he's fully recovered already though which is a great sign. He could kill it in the slot with Calvin and Titus taking the top off D's
Unfortunately it doesn't really matter what I would be saying if Broyles didn't tear his acl. He did. My opinion of that trade has more to do with Cobb. He will be tearing it up in the slot this season playing with the best qb in football with Jennings and Nelson drawing coverage on the outside. And with Jennings in the final year of his deal, he has all the upside in the world.

By tearing it up, what do you mean? Do you think he cracks 1k? I'd be stunned if he's even close to that this season with Jennings/Nelson/Finley all getting plenty of touches. Next year is a different story *if* Jennings leaves, but this year I have a hard time seeing him as an every week starter.

I was more mocking the previous post saying Broyles could light it up in the slot with Calvin and Titus Young out wide. Having said that I'd say 55 for 800 and 5 is easily attainable

They are basically in the same type of situation, but to me Broyles actually has lesser competition for targets and more polish as a pure WR while I will give Cobb the playmaker. The 1st round pick makes up for the injury and allows for a difference in talent especially if it is top 6 or so

12 team PPR 1qb 1rb 1wr 2 flex 1 TE d kCalvin Johnson HeluForForteJ grahamThoughts?
I really like the Forte/Graham side of this by a pretty sizable margin. Basically 2 borderline 1st rounders at prime positions for about the 6th pick at the deepest position plus a shanahan back is an outstanding trade

Those numbers would put him in the neighborhood of the 35th-40th best WR, which to me is something you could grab off the waivers in redraft. I don't think Broyles or Cobb are worth much this season - next year's a different story depending on what GB does with Jennings. I'd rather have Cobb but Broyles/1st seems pretty fair for me.

12 team PPR, start 2RB/2WR/TE and can flex any.

Traded:

Wallace

2013 2nd

Received:

Austin

2013 1st

In a win now mode and didn't like the uncertainty. Had Austin on this team last year and he has been traded twice now in the offseason (so has Little, Demaryious Thomas and Redman)

Some trades that have gone through in the last few weeks in my dynasty league. Start 1 qb/2rb/3wr/1flex(any)/1te/idp. 1 ppr/standard

League is based in TN so there is *a lot* of homerism given to Titan players. Some of these trades were pre rookie draft, and some were post rookie draft.

The Big Green gave up

Roethlisberger, Ben PIT QB

Gore, Frank SFO RB

Go Titans gave up

Gerhart, Toby MIN RB

Jennings, Greg GBP WR

Finnegan, Cortland STL CB

Big Green owns AP

-----------------

.Spin gave up Year 2013 Round 5 Draft Pick from .Spin

Drunken Midgets gave up Murphy, Louis CAR WR

Took a flyer on a player I've always liked. And a 5th round rookie pick is worthless anyhow usually.

--------------

B.S. Inc gave up Tebow, Tim NYJ QB

Cobb, Randall GBP WR

The Bounty Hunters gave up Maclin, Jeremy PHI WR

I think Bounty Hunters sold too cheap on Maclin.

------------------

B.S. Inc gave up Bennett, Earl CHI WR

Go Titans gave up Year 2012 Draft Pick 4.07

This was one of a few draft day trades, I won't post the ones with picks for picks, as they involved RFA blind bid dollars as well. I felt this was a lot to get for Bennet, but Go Titans is a vandy boy ><

-------------------

The Big Green gave up Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.10

Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.01

B.S. Inc gave up Mendenhall, Rashard PIT RB

Green got robbed.

------------

.Spin gave up Yates, T.J. HOU QB

Robinson, Laurent JAC WR

The Big Green gave up Mallett, Ryan NEP QB

Year 2012 Draft Pick 2.09

Year 2013 Round 2 Draft Pick from The Big Green

I liked this trade a lot for me. I'll never use Robinson, and I'm a big Mallet guy. Green has Shaub so I suppose that is what started this talk.

------------

.Spin gave up Roberts, Andre ARI WR

The Notorious B.I.Goz gave up Year 2014 Round 3 Draft Pick from The Notorious B.I.Goz

Why not. Would never use Roberts as my WR core is insane atm.

----------

B.S. Inc gave up Pettigrew, Brandon DET TE

Year 2012 Draft Pick 2.06

The Thundering Nerd gave up Best, Jahvid DET RB

Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.02

Year 2012 Draft Pick 5.02

-------

B.S. Inc gave up Bradford, Sam STL QB

Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.08

Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.09

The Bounty Hunters gave up Stafford, Matthew DET QB

Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.05

-----------

RRRRARMSTRONG gave up Brown, Antonio PIT WR

Drunken Midgets gave up Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.08

------------------

The Bounty Hunters gave up Royster, Evan WAS RB

Team Ramrod gave up Doss, Tandon BAL WR

----

Team Ramrod gave up Brown, Donald IND RB

Jackson, DeSean PHI WR

Manningham, Mario SFO WR

Boss, Kevin KCC TE

The Bounty Hunters gave up Breaston, Steve KCC WR

Ford, Jacoby OAK WR

Year 2012 Draft Pick 2.04

Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.05

A few people were upset at this trade. Thought Ramrod let DJax go for too cheap.

-------------------

B.S. Inc gave up Forte, Matt CHI RB

Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.05

Year 2012 Draft Pick 4.05

Year 2013 Round 1 Draft Pick from B.S. Inc

.Spin gave up Mendenhall, Rashard PIT RB

Johnson, Andre HOU WR

Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.09

Year 2012 Draft Pick 7.09

I'm a huge Forte fan. Don't like Mendy, and I'm happy with my WR core moving forward. Now I have Forte / Rice / Jstew / Trich at RB. And still have an insane WR core.

---

RRRRARMSTRONG gave up Meachem, Robert SDC WR

Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.04

Year 2012 Draft Pick 2.04

The Bounty Hunters gave up Bush, Michael CHI RB

McFadden, Darren OAK RB

-----

.Spin gave up Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.08

Year 2012 Draft Pick 2.03

Year 2012 Draft Pick 3.05

The Bounty Hunters gave up Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.04

Love me some RG3

------------

B.S. Inc gave up Locker, Jake TEN QB

The Bounty Hunters gave up Year 2012 Draft Pick 1.08

Year 2012 Draft Pick 2.03

Year 2013 Round 1 Draft Pick from The Bounty Hunters

Ouch. Hunters got robbbbeeedd imo. Stupid Titan homerism.

10 team non-PPR super-flex league.

Traded Romo and 2012 2.9 rookie draft pick for Rivers.

The rookie pick is nearly worthless in a 10 team league with 20 man rosters, so it's just Romo for Rivers. Rivers is about a year and a half younger, and I was a bit concerned that Dallas may attempt to run a bit more going forward. Plus, Rivers is my favorite player.

It obviously depends on yrour lineup requirements but I quite like it.In 16 teams Graham is a huge advantage over the majority of other starting TE's.Where did you finish this year?

I like Rivers a lot more then Romo for this year and going forward, but the 19th overall pick in rookie drafts is not worthless. There are always some good value picks in the top 25 of rookie drafts of you do your homework and others in your league don't. That being said, I stillikr the trade for you.

PPR League

Traded D. Moore, Bradford

for Britt, Freeman

I have Rodgers in this league.

My league has 10 teams, with 20 man rosters, and it is a superflex league, which means a higher number of QBs are rostered than you might expect. Currently rostered: QB (36), RB (58), WR (62), TE (20), K (11), D/ST (13). With just 140 combined RBs, WRs, and TEs rostered, there are typically some good dynasty prospects on the waiver wire at all times. There are currently multiple players on the waiver wire that I would like to roster if I had room.More importantly, I have a very strong roster... #1 in points and best record past two seasons, although no championships so far. Unless I am successful at making some other trades to open up roster spots (offers out), I don't have room for a 2.9 rookie pick. My roster:QB - Rodgers, Rivers, Freeman, FlynnRB - Mathews, McFadden, Stewart, Deangelo, Jennings, GerhartWR - Calvin, Nicks, Britt, Meachem, Cobb, WayneTE - Finley, GatesK - HartleyD/ST - GiantsOur rookie draft is in less than two weeks. At this point, I already will probably have to cut one of Gerhart to make my 1.9 pick. I doubt the MJD situation will have played out by the time of our draft, so I would be reluctant to cut Jennings for a 2.9 rookie pick. Wayne was a top 30 WR last year, and should be again, so I'd rather not cut him for a 2.9 rookie pick; I'm trying to work him into some package offers.I probably should have worded that comment in my initial post differently, since it was more about my roster than the league parameters. I should also note that I expect many third round picks to be passed or possibly used on first and second round cuts, so if there is someone I would have liked at 2.9, there is a chance I can get him at 3.9.

Because he is selling so low on Donald Brown? ;)

I am slightly amazed to see Mathews only go for that much. Couldn't get him for that in any of my leagues, or I'd own him in all of them.

1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, K, DST. My core is pretty much Rodgers, Murray, Fitz, Graham. I won my division last year but had a first round exit due to a bunch of injuries. I had the 1.11 pick this last draft(made some trades to move up to 1.7 and grab Wilson)
