2013 Off Season Dynasty Trade Thread (for completed trades) (2 Viewers)

Calvin side... Team A got a lot of hopes and dreams!
Not so sure about that. Assuming A is strong at WR and weak at TE before the trade, getting all those picks could turn into something pretty good. And the downgrade from Calvin to the WR he now plays may not even be as big as the upgrade from the old TE to Hernandez.

Traded the 1.1 for the 1.3 and a 2014 1st. (should be early-mid round)

Happened last night right after the Rams moved up to grab Austin.

Out of curiosity, who are you targeting at 1.3? It sounds like you might have three guys you like equally.

I like the trade for you.

I have the 1.2 also, so the trade has even less impact on me. Honestly I'm just not sold on any 1 rookie this year, so I had no reason not to make the trade, and gain value in next years draft.

Team A gave: Michael Bush

Team B gave: Mark Sanchez

Team B has been trying to improve RB starters/depth.

Team A didn't want to own Michael Bush.

Me too. That's a nice haul for Rice.
I liek Gronk more than Rice, and certainly jackson+Brown over gates.
easily Gronk side, not close to me here. Gates isn't Vjax right now, or even close to him.
Or Bryce Brown.

I may need to go vomit after this, but I'd rather have Sanchez. Rexing their first two picks for defense means they still need to find TE/RB/WR help and as of right now I don't believe they're trying to trade up for Geno.

Guess I was wrong on that one. I might want Sanchez just because it would give me a reason to follow the hilarity that will be the Jets QB circa 2013.

Will be interesting to see trades now with Lacy in Green Bay, Ball in Denver, Bell in Pittsburgh.

Sad when the #1 pick in most rookie drafts (Lacy prolly) was a guy taken at pick 61, yikes

I was the team getting Sanchez and although I don't regret it, I didn't think Geno would fall that far. Even if Sanchez starts some of the season or gets traded, a QB3 still has its place in a 2QB league.

My favorite league is a straight 12 team 2 QB league. Think I had 9 rostered last year. I have no problem picking up Sanchez for a backup running back. He's just so unlikeable (the quotes coming out from him about drafting Smith were lol) that it makes rooting for him tough.

Grats on robbing another owner.

Are you in a dynasty league with Denarius himself, or is that a typo...?

Yea I was the side getting Sanchez, and it was probably the least excited Iv ever been after sealing the deal on a trade <_< but even a QB3 has it's place in a 2QB league.

Made this deal before the 2nd round started hoping Geno didn't fall to NY, but am now hoping for a Sanchez release/trade or a camp battle>win>start for however many games

Pretty interesting...

Trying to make a similar deal at the moment with...

Crabtree/AlfMo/1.01

for

1.06/Rice/Stewart/Jennings/2014 2nd

10 team non PPR

Charleston gave up:

Graham, Shayne CLE PK

Huntington gave up:
Ivory, Christopher NYJ RB
Dawson, Phil SFO PK
Year 2014 Round 1 Draft Pick from Huntington

Hmm, interesting. Lineup requirements and rules might change my mind but I'd say...

DT>Charles

McFadden/1.05<Crabtree

Goodson/Jenkins<Tate (Close, more value for either side if acquiring a handcuff)

DT is the best player in the deal for me, seems pretty equal overall though. I can see both sides depending on rosters but I'd take take the Charles/Crabs side.

Here is an interesting PPR one

Team A gets 1.6, Stewart, Maclin

Team B gets Blackmon
Like blackmon more than Maclin. But, 1.6 sure makes this interesting. This might end up being good for both. If 1.6 can net a steelers/packers starting RB kind, I think that side might come up slightly better

Wasn't going to post this since it's NMT but since there's so much Blackmon movement

12 team PPR

Pead

DRich

CGivens STL

Britt

for

Ingram

Blackmon

Torrey
Blackmon side for sure now. Atleast, that's how thw wind blows right now. If rams do not draft a RB, Team 1 will now have a starting RB, Givens and Britt. Still too much risk and rather play safe with blackmon. But, I can see someone trying to get value when it's done. All it takes is a couple of great games from givens.

wow. Posts like this make me chuckle a little more after getting Blackmon for Pick 2/Steven Hill.
Like Blackmon for pick2/Stephen Hill. But, Hill is a freak athlete that's stuck on the ####ed up show on turf. He might hit pay dirt and could be even better than blackmon if he learns to run routes. I would call Hill a reach here, but, some reaches can work out very well.

16 team PPR (1.5 TE)

SPECTRE gives up:P HarvinJ Casey2013 1.03Octochives gives up:V CruzL Fitzgerald
Takes Cruz and Fitz and run away. Harvin going to a new team can be a good or bad thing. On paper, Wilson is an upgrade over Ponder(though I still have hopes on Ponder and I might be minority here). But, the way the Vikings used many sub-packages centered around Harvin is pretty awesome when you look closely. You need to wonder if the seahawks can do the same thing.

Without even looking at those things, if I equate harvin to eithet Cruz/Fitz, Casey/1.3 is not even close to either.

12 Team Superflex league

Team A gave: Antonio Brown/Maclin/Gordon

Team B gave: Harvin/Mathews
Would pay that just for Harvin.
I definitely wouldn't do that for Harvin alone. But, with Matthews in, I can do that trade. But, it's definitely not one-sided. Maclin is such a tease. There is always something to talk about his situation. Gordon is up there...just like matthews injuries(not saying they are equal)

12 Team PPR

QRRWWTKD + 2 flex, one flex can be a QB

I gave Harvin

I got Ridley

I was low on RB depth and huge on WRs, with Mega, Dez, Cobb and Torrey still on my team. He wanted Harvin.

I don't love the Ridley in PPR and I like the Pats even less. But it was the best deal I could make...with good RBs being scarce and difficult to extract.

Not a fan of putting my faith in NE RBs....especially when giving a PPR stud in Harvin who's value should be skyrocketing teaming up with Wilson.

Well, OK. But, honestly, if that was the best deal I could make, then I would rather keep him and hope to make a better deal during the season.

Sometimes panic sets in...done it myself. Bad move from a value standpoint and the fact that the Pats traded for Blount.

I tried shopping Ridley for WR the past month or so and couldn't get a deal half this good.

Man, you're going to regret making this deal for a really long time, I don't care if your best RB is Brandon Saine.
