I think so. In poll 2.04 Manziel had 6 out of 83 total votes in PPR

Now in this poll Manziel has 13 out of 76 total votes in PPR

So voting for him has doubled since the last poll.

Bridgewater had 9 votes in 2.04 (more than Manziel) but currently only has 6 in the PPR poll (about half as much as Manziel). Bridgewater was already voted in at pick 1.12 in the standard poll.
