Sorry about my picks getting skipped and being held up..
Yeah, I took my kids to the Barca game in DC. Picking from my phone is a pita and I didn't bring my laptop.
Thought I'd get a pm though when I was up, but no worries.
My kids got to meet a few of the players (no big names) and got their jerseys and a ball signed, so they are on cloud 9.
We went to the barca training session too which was pretty cool on Monday night.
I get back to south FL tonight and will be around.
Again, sorry for any delay my turn at the bend caused.

I am still trying to figure out a couple of details. I might need to wait for Eephus to wake up.
Waivers should be set on reverse draft order, but I don't see any options to manually set the waiver order. The options are Random or based on Current Standings.
Also - how are we going to handle the time between now and the start of the season?
Seems like we should have waivers run once - next Thursday, and then FCFS until the games start on Saturday. (Any players added to the database are automatically placed on waivers for at least 3 days - so no risk of a fluke signing during the FCFS period.)
Also - we need to pay Christo via PayPal - $35

Just to clarify, will someone be placing drafted players who are not yet in the database on the correct team? For instance we drafted ibrahim afellay and he's not in db yet. Will it be up to us to pick him up once he's a FA or will that be taken care by commish during waiver period?

I'm east coast this week with limited access. I can check Fantrax settings on Fri. The transactions screen is a counterintuitive mess but it should be possible to set it up to meet league reqts.
Just to clarify - round 17 will start today at 2:00 ET, 11:00 PT. It will be First Come, First Served. It will last for 48 hours.
2:00 on Friday I will conclude the draft, which should place any undrafted players on waivers, which I am trying to set up to run next Thursday.
Also, once the draft is complete, no more speculative picks - only players in the database may be selected via waivers or FA.
During the season, Waivers run on Thursday night at 6:00 ET - I think this was when we ran them last year. After Waivers run players can be selected FCFS until their game starts (5 minutes prior). Waiver are supposed to be set up in reverse order of the draft - use a pick, move to the end of the line. Still trying to set that up now.

Also, Drunken Slob will lose the round 14 and 15 picks today at 2:00 ET. The round 16 skip can be picked during the Round 17 draft period. The roster spots can be filled via waivers or FA pickups next week.
