**2015 MLB Season Thread: This is how the chapter ends (1 Viewer)

Francisco Lindor gets his first hit which should have been an easy double, but Lindor falls rounding first and is held to a single. He then points at Miguel Cabrera like Miggy tripped him, and Miggy wasn't within ten feet of him. Some good moxy shown by the kid.

Aroldis Chapman, while warming up in the bullpen, let loose with a wild throw that nailed the 1st base umpire right in the back.
Wow. Can't wait to see the video of this.Glad it was a warmup throw. A live four-seamer might have killed the ump.
Has video of this surfaced?

good to see callaspo continues to get playing time over guerrero.

####### mattingly
Well Guerrero did lose part of an ear last year, maybe he's not the best clubhouse guy or something. Can't be anything but that really, him not playing over Turner or Alberto ####### Callaspo has no other explanation.

It bounced off the ground, popped up and caught the ump in the small of the back. He was fine.

God Im praying the AL All Star starting lineup has 8 KC Royals in it.
So the AL loses and doesn't get homefield in the WS?
just to prove what a sham the whole thing is
In my kids' preschool class, they got a hamster. They all took a vote to name it, and because all of the boys voted together, the hamster was dubbed "Skylander", which beat out a disparate group of female-sponsored suggestions.

The point? You gotta live together, or you die alone. Also on Friday the class goon kicked the hamster ball while was rolling around. RIP Skylander.

Can we just send the entire Phillies team to double A? They should be demoted a couple leagues for this dumpster fire of a team.

David Woodley hits Jimmy Cefalo on a 45 yard post for a TD, Woody Bennett runs in the 2 pointer to make it 8-0 Phins.

Later, a Uwe von Schamann field goal puts the Phins up 11-0.

watched a bit more during halftime. He actually does throw a few different pitches and gets a fair amount of movement and changes speeds a bit. And keeps the ball down for he most part. This is not really an ordinary position player pitching outing.

Big day all around the league. Bert Jones and Lydell Mitchell filled up the stat sheet. Ken Houston and Chris Hanburger both picked off Steve Spurrier and took it back to the house for the TAINT.

So the Phillies can't be a real team, right?

Did you guys see Sandberg was trying to call to the bullpen to get Francouer out, but the bullpen phone was off the hook lol
