2016 NBA Draft - The place where Kings' fans dreams are crushed. (1 Viewer)

The Timberwolves are reportedly still trying to trade for Jimmy Butler with a package centered around No. 5 pick Kris Dunn.
The Bulls tried hard to trade up in the draft to acquire Dunn, but it's unclear if they'd be willing to deal Butler to the Wolves and coach Tom Thibodeau. Minnesota has plenty of young talent to include with Dunn, however, so anything is possible.
According to Woj Twitter Bulls want Lavine too but Thibs only offering Rubio.

That is true.

Where does this fella fall on a scale of Bargnani to JV?
Seems like a strange fit next to JV. Two traditional back to the basket centers is a strange fit. From what I've read about him, he would have gone a little higher in the NBA a decade ago when traditional bigs were still en vogue.

So backup center and not a 4? Odd...

Someone want to try to explain Jaylen Brown to the Celts. I have a hard time believing that he was their guy all along. Could they traded down and got him at 6 or 7.

For the past month you knew Simmons and Ingram were off the board and Jaylen Brown is their guy?  What am I missing?

Talking heads were saying about him was he had an attitude problem and was very egotistical, so surprised Boston took a chance on him that high

"Wait, thon isn't 19?"

"no. He's older"

"so he's had two or three more years to develop than we thought!"

take that to the bank brohan

What are they going to get trading down? They don't need more picks and if he is their guy than just make the pick.  I'm sure they wanted to swing a deal but didn't have interest in Okafor or Noel.
