I liked the interview with AI, he looks good for a guy that pissed away a 150M
That doesnt look like it wins them anymore games then they won last year.
Don't think so based on what I'm reading with Bender.1. Sixers - Simmons
2. Lakers - Ingram
3. Celtics - Bender
4. Suns - Chriss
5. Wolves - Murray
6. Pelicans - Dunn
7. Nugs - Savings (Sabonis) leaving the autocorrect
8. Kings - Hield
9. Raptors - Ellenson
10. Bucks - Poeltl
11. Magic - Brown
12. Jazz - Davis
A true athletic big with real rim defense would gain them wins.![]()
I don't think any player does
I think Bradley is the guy the Celts move in that scenario. Sounds like Edwards is ok with Smart at the 3 sometimes because of defense.Bender reportedly ruled out by Boston. Should be interesting to see who Phoenix chooses if go with a 4.
If I'm Celts I take Dunn and use Smart&16 (or other pick) to trade for a contribute now big. If Ibaka is infact on the block, perhaps OKC finds a way to snag Avery Bradley.
Short-term thinking...if they feel Dunn is the third best player and you can't make a deal tonight than take him and figure it out later...That doesnt look like it wins them anymore games then they won last year.
3) Guy in crowd with "Hinkie 3:16" sign.Pretty good shtick on SportsCenter right now:
1) Live look-in on the Kings war room, which had 2 people in it and 12 empty chairs.
2) Simmons entering the building, looking at his phone (probably at The Ringer), and a camera-man in front of him just eats ####. Simmons kind of looks at him curiously and steps around him and keeps going.
Love it. I'm sure he will light it up next year but he was turrrrrible for the Kings last year.Adrian Wojnarowski

Sacramento is trading guard Marco Belinelli to Charlotte for the No. 22 pick, league sources tell @TheVertical.
Jeez, NBA execs really don't like this draft, I guess.Adrian Wojnarowski

I agree, but often the gloss on a fresh draft pick has higher value in the moment then it does later. Christmas Gift syndrome.Short-term thinking...if they feel Dunn is the third best player and you can't make a deal tonight than take him and figure it out later...
I don't disagree with that....but unfortunately for the Celtics none of the talent available at #3 is both a combo of talent and fit for them...they are well stocked at guard but they aren't in a position to pass on a Dunn, Buddy or Murray if they feel they are the best player available...I agree, but often the gloss on a fresh draft pick has higher value in the moment then it does later. Christmas Gift syndrome.
We learned last year that the Hornets don't place a really high value on draft picks.Jeez, NBA execs really don't like this draft, I guess.
That's a BOLD STATEMENTSimmons is nothing more than a taller, more talented, more athletic Tayshaun Prince.
Is that good or bad? I mean, it doesn't sound bad...Simmons is nothing more than a taller, more talented, more athletic Tayshaun Prince.
Merely an observation. And quite an astute one at that.Is that good or bad? I mean, it doesn't sound bad...![]()

You should have thrown yourself a
quote as well!
IF...they do keep him, they can move Jae to 4.Celts already have Jae Crowder
