Completely stripped my team last year and acquired the picks above. (20 team league)

I have no QB, Derrick Henry, Corey Grant, Martavis Bryant, Terrelle Pryor, Jerrell Adams

Do I take both RBs 1 and 2 Fournette and Cook? Or do I trade down to take one of the WRs?

I think I would take Cook or Fournette with 1 or 2.  I would trade down with the other to that 3 or 4 spot and pick up a Mike Williams or Corey Davis type.  Those 6 and 7 picks might be worth trading away and turning them into 18 1sts and something else since this rebuild is going to be more than a year long process. Snagging a tight end or two out of this class isn't a bad idea because of this years talent and depth at the position. Just make sure not to sour on their lack of production early and try to move them. Tight ends take more time to catch on usually even if they are very talented.

I don't know the roster depth of the league but a 20 team league seems like it's pretty easy to bog your team down and get yourself stuck in the middle and you never want to be in the middle in your dynasty league.  I would make sure to be patient and turn some of those picks into 2018 picks.

The #4 overall has Watkins, Cooper. I was thinking of trying to squeeze one of them packaged with the 1.4 for the 1.1 or 1.2. Depending on how bad he likes Fournette or Cook I may be able pull off more. His RBs are Lamar Miller, Sproles and Darkwa

100% about being a mediocre team also. You either want to be top or bottom in this league. The bottom 4 teams get top 4 lottery picks. Then bottom 8 get the 5-12 lottery. The bottom 4 gets 13, 14, 15, 16. Other teams get their 1st rounders from there.

That would be great if you could pull that off. It might be a little easier to get something like that closer to the draft once we've had a couple months of Fournette or Cook fever rammed down our throats. Tyrod might not be in Buffalo next year and Sammy just got surgery. Maybe use that narrative to get Sammy cheaper. I think Amari Cooper is going to be too expensive to get in a trade like that. But don't let that stop you from trying if you think the owner has soured on him or would be willing to move him.

I think it's too hard to project who to take at this point because much of that depends on landing spots once they are drafted for real.  I am not as high on picks as most dynasty people so I have been able to parlay those into great hauls of 2-4 year players that have underperformed that are in better situations than their first couple years.  I believe this is the best way to build your team.  Draft picks are crap shoots most of the time because they might go to a team that doesn't utilize the talent or doesn't fit their skills exactly.  Everyone is seeing visions of Zeke dancing through their head right now but that was as much as a favorable landing spot as it was a talented guy.  That isn't likely to happen for that perfect storm of goodness for awhile.

Keep your options open and field offers for anything.  If you don't have a preference of players for that 1.01 pick then I would shop that and try and get a proven commodity that has shown the ability already in the NFL.  You still have 1.02 for the young guy to round out but as you get closer to the draft that desperation of someone wanting to get their guy will kick in and you should be able to get someone to overpay for 1.01.
