Kamara, Mixon and the last is kind of a coin toss but I'd favor Booker.

That is kind of a huge risk having the freezes due at the end of this season.  Too many things happen between now and next year that could really screw you up if you are locked in that early.  Due to that I would definitely minimize the risk and most likely would go with Wilson and Mixon as they seem to have the most stability with their situations. 

I would try and lobby to change that deadline to your fantasy draft day for the following season.  I think needing to announce freezes now is similar to conducting your draft in July for the upcoming season.  Just a huge risk for everyone.
