2018 MLB Regular Season Thread! Current thread batting average: .420 (1 Viewer)

The Rays are like the opposite of Major League. Instead the players getting rid of pieces of clothes on the cardboard cutout of the owner for each win, the owner removes a player for each win.

Wow.  Cards-bucs tied 2-2 in the bottom of the 9th. Cards tv shows a package of their walk off hrs this year.  They put up the fact that kolten Wong (leading off the inning  has 3 walk off hrs in his career.  I’m thinking,ok Great guys, sure sure anything can happen.

boom, he knocks it right out of the park for the win.  St. Louis really does have some black magic.

Dave Roberts continues to be infuriating. Maeda through 6 at just 82 pitches, given up 1 run on 4 hits, Marlins 6-7-8 due up in top of 7th, his spot due up 3rd in the bottom half of the frame and he pulls him.

There is nothing here that makes baseball sense.
I don’t care how much the guy is struggling, sitting Bellinger for 2 of 3 games in Colorado is complete bull####

Daniel Hudson gets the start today for the Dodgers.  I'd forgotten that he was a solid SP for Arizona in 2011 before his elbow injuries.

KC traded Jon Jay to Arizona for a couple of minor league pitchers, one of whom is an 18 year old Dominican named Elvis Luciano.

Jay is kind of redundant with Jarrod Dyson although he handles LHP better than either Dyson or David Peralta

Mets should fire their entire pitching organization, constant injuries there. I know they are common across the league but Mets pitching injuries seem excessive.
