I thought Pat Connaughton was auditioning for the Avengers last night. Everytime he even touched Crowder he flew 30 feet in the other direction.
"Not with the refs last night"Probably wouldn't be able to after the first 5 minutes.
Laimbeer would be fouled out by then.

Yeah, it's trending on all the socials. I came here to post this article - 7 likely destinationsSome rumblings out there about Lillard requesting a trade in the coming days. Knicks and Heat are supposedly his favored destinations.
Not sure his title chances with the Knicks would be that much better than with the Blazers, but the Heat would be interesting.
if i'm right that contract extensions are not allowed to include no-trade clauses, Dame has no control over where he'd go like Harden did and the only thing the Knicks can offer is an empty-out of draft picks. since no combo w CJ/Nurk/RoCo is getting them back to the playoffs, they'd as well do a total teardown. Heat don't have much beyond Herro to offerSome rumblings out there about Lillard requesting a trade in the coming days. Knicks and Heat are supposedly his favored destinations.

I don't think he has any formal power to choose his trade destination but I'd be surprised if he has no say in the process. If he communicates to a team that he doesn't want to play for them, I think that team becomes very hesitant to give up a ton of assets for him. And after all Lillard has done for Portland, Olshey doing him dirty on the way out the door would be pretty terrible for the team's reputation around the league, I'd imagine.if i'm right that contract extensions are not allowed to include no-trade clauses, Dame has no control over where he'd go like Harden did and the only thing the Knicks can offer is an empty-out of draft picks. since no combo w CJ/Nurk/RoCo is getting them back to the playoffs, they'd as well do a total teardown. c'mon - Jaylen Brown/TThompson, PPritchard back to Oregon - let's get this done. we can do Brown/Smaaaat, and probably will, but the Green would have to challenge the luxury threshold to fill out the roster then and the Ainge/Jerseypix era convinced me Celts ownership wont go there.
yeah, he can def engineer where he wont go, but not where he will, if that org dont have the goods to offerI don't think he has any formal power to choose his trade destination but I'd be surprised if he has no say in the process. I would choose the Heat if Blazers let Lillard pick. If not I am calling the Pelicans and Thunder. Some rumblings out there about Lillard requesting a trade in the coming days. Knicks and Heat are supposedly his favored destinations.

Simplest trade is Lillard for D'Angelo Russell. Money works with just those two so makes sense to just do it instead of getting all complicated and stuff.Yeah, it's trending on all the socials. I came here to post this article - 7 likely destinations
tl/dr synopsis - philly, ny, boston, miami, golden state, denver, dallas...
some of those are pretty cool. i came to despise the warriors being a LA guy, but curry/lillard - wanna see that.
This is just a straight troll job at this point. I don’t think Pop was a good choice for this. Trae Young and/or Ja not being involved is criminal. Does Lloyd Pierce hate Trae that much?![]()

If Portland still wants to try and compete after trading Lillard, it seems like Boston and Denver are clearly the best options here. Those other 5 teams can't/won't offer a player as good as Murray or Brown.Yeah, it's trending on all the socials. I came here to post this article - 7 likely destinations

Keldon Johnson in for Beal now too, per Woj. A once promising roster is now...not so promising. This is just a straight troll job at this point. I don’t think Pop was a good choice for this. Trae Young and/or Ja not being involved is criminal. Does Lloyd Pierce hate Trae that much?
Yeah, i dont know how they can face Joe Ingles or Precious Achiuwa or Nine Guys Named Ic in this condition.........Keldon Johnson in for Beal now too, per Woj. A once promising roster is now...not so promising.
When the Blazers trade Lillard, it seems highly unlikely they'd be looking to compete next season. They'd be more likely to also move McCollum's contract and get something for Nurkic and Covington while they can. that "report" came from some Wizards beat reporter. Something tells me if Dame was interested in leaving, it wouldn't be a Wizards "insider" who would have the info that the 2 teams were Knicks and Heat. He should have just added Lakers too to liven it up some moreSome rumblings out there about Lillard requesting a trade in the coming days. Knicks and Heat are supposedly his favored destinations.

PHI doesn't have a '24 to send. If they ship two firsts it would have to be unprotected '21 and '23that "report" came from some Wizards beat reporter. ETA: now this guy seems to know what he is talking about and is legit (just saw he is the Wizards insider, so maybe he changed from the Heat to Philly![]()
Quinton Mayo @RealQuintonMayo
3h Damian Lillard would like to be traded to the Philadelphia 76ers or New York Knicks, sources tell me.
NBA off-season is even sillier than NFL pre-draft rumors
ETA2: ugh i got to get out of this wormhole. Rumor is
Sixers get: Dame
Blazers get: Ben, Thybulle, Maxxey and 2 1st round picks in '22 and '24.
I wouldn't do it, simply because i can't confidently say that team is considerably in a better position to keep with the other Big 2 in the East. Would really put a hurt on the cap with some of the big contracts the team has, but certainly Dame and Embiid would be sweet to watch. Puts the Blazers in a weird spot, but i certainly think they should take that deal if it was on the table
I think you're being too tough on Ayton. Giannis essentially knocked the ball out of his hands on the catch. It was more like a DB breaking up a catch than a full-strength dunk block.I’m a bit disappointed in Ayton. The kid needs a mean streak that I fear he doesn’t have.
After watching multiple slow no replays of that all time block- Ayton has to slam that down with force. He’s sorta Terry Glenn’n the lob, waiting for it to softly touch his hands. He’s gotta snatch that out of the air and slam it down like Kemp. He does that an he likely break Giannis’ fingers on the rim.
Just an epic all time game changing block. That will be shown for the rest of our lives .
The ball seemed a little past the hoop, so it was kind a tricky grab imo.I think you're being too tough on Ayton. Giannis essentially knocked the ball out of his hands on the catch. It was more like a DB breaking up a catch than a full-strength dunk block.
So you are saying they should stay put and not go for a title? That offer would be too good for the 76ers to pass up. If the 76ers can't compete with Embiid, Lillard and Harris then what are they even doing? Just blow it up and start the process over. The thread would appreciate it.Sixers get: Dame

I agree that it was more of a pass deflection but It’s just that his general overall demeanor is a little passive. I’d like to see a little more fire is all. He’s young.I think you're being too tough on Ayton. Giannis essentially knocked the ball out of his hands on the catch. It was more like a DB breaking up a catch than a full-strength dunk block.
If you think they win comfortably, then why bet ML and get worse odds?TripItUp said:I just bet a lot of units on game 5 Suns ML. I really think the Suns win this one comfortably. Would take an injury or weird foul trouble for the Suns to lose.

maybe. would be interesting to see how the pieces fit. the point i was making why i would be little hesitent is because it would seem pretty tough to make many moves and they would be up against te cap for 3-4 years. Simmons is going to make 8 to 10 million less a year. That is one average player at best.maybe. would be interesting to see how the pieces fit. the point i was making why i would be little hesitent is because it would seem pretty tough to make many moves and they would be up against te cap for 3-4 years.
don't have anything in front of me, but wouldn't Dame, Embiid and Harris take up over $125 million of the salary cap in 2-3 years?
Just in case we have another referee situation. If you think they win comfortably, then why bet ML and get worse odds?
Wanna bet some more? Just how "comfortably" do you think they're gonna win?TripItUp said:I just bet a lot of units on game 5 Suns ML. I really think the Suns win this one comfortably. Would take an injury or weird foul trouble for the Suns to lose.
Exactly, the Bucks haven't even played very well and the series is tied. If Jrue starts making shots and they suddenly start making threes look out.Wanna bet some more? Just how "comfortably" do you think they're gonna win?
As a Bucks fan, I love that people are somehow STILL underestimating these guys...
I don't think Jrue is going to start hitting shots consistently. Guarding someone the entire length of the floor is a lot of extra work and I think his offense takes a hit because of it. However, it is working so they should keep doing it.Exactly, the Bucks haven't even played very well and the series is tied.
