be honest, you made all of these names up didn't youThe end-of-season OKC tank job has reached magnificent levels. Their starting 5 tonight:
Zavier Simpson
Georgios Kalaitzakis
Vit Krejci
Jaylen Hoard
Isaiah Roby
Yeah, that's a solid deal. I'm in a similar area for the Bucks (section 104, row 12) for the Bucks, and it's $5,004/ticket.Have not been into the NBA for a while... but a buddy had some great season tix for the Grizzlies this year... 5 rows off the court in the corner.
Got invited to join him for about 10 games, made it to 7-8 and had a ####### blast. This young team is so much fun to watch out there.
Shot the lock off the wallet and added a seat next to his for the 2022-23 season.
$4700 seems like a steal to be down that low for 41 games, and absent multiple major injuries this team will likely be near the top of the heap in the West for a while.
OKC really is just an embarrassment at this point. Not only are they playing G-league scrubs, they're basically only playing 5 guys for the whole game. Can you imagine spending money to watch this garbage? The end-of-season OKC tank job has reached magnificent levels. Their starting 5 tonight:

Not only have they shut down the obvious candidates like Shai and Giddey, but guys like Tre Mann, Poku, and Theo Maledon appear to be done as well. Not even the 10-72 Process-era Philly lineups looked this bad (RoCo, Jerami Grant, Noel, Ish Smith, Kendall Marshall). Are we witnessing one of the worst starting lineups in NBA history?![]()
Yep. And it's funny that these geniuses who rip him when his "recommendations" do not pan out never say a word when his teams win titles because they got guys LeBron wanted. If you’re a GM your owner would toss you into a pit of fire if it got him Lebron. So, you do what Lebron says. Pretty easy.
The dude also brought the franchise a championship in part because of his friend he brought there. Like, 18 months ago.Considering how Lebron destroys rosters let him go elsewhere. DOn't want mercenaries on my roster.
That's also what I didn't say. I said GM has final say on Roster Lebron can have his opinion but it'll be known he will get vetoed on some of opinions and everything won't be going his way. The dude completely destroyed a legit playoff roster just because he wanted his friends there.
I don’t think people give as much props on the bubble title.Yep. And it's funny that these geniuses who rip him when his "recommendations" do not pan out never say a word when his teams win titles because they got guys LeBron wanted.
Basically, if you are saying LeBron is a disaster in LA because of this season, which ignores the fact that the Lakers, er, won a freaking title two years ago (and had been awful for the better part of a decade before his arrival), you are basically the internet version of Skip Bayless, meaning you're a troll who makes no money for your hot take hating on James rather than a shameless huckster like Bayless who has made a lot of money by being a James hater.
I would love to see the refs foul out M Smart in the first quarter, just once.Smart and Theis both played really well last night. As did Wisconsin's own, Sam Hauser, with a career-high 11 points on 4/5 shooting in 17 minutes off the bench!
One observation - with the exception of maybe James Harden, I've never seen players whine to the refs as much as Smart and Grant Williams. Literally every single dead ball, they were in the refs' faces crying. This despite Smart getting maybe the best whistle I've ever seen. You could call that guy for a foul on almost every single possession.
It'll be interesting to see how the Bucks approach tonight's game against the Pistons and then Sunday's matinee against Cleveland. We know they don't have that loser's mentality where they'd try to duck the Nets, and they talked post-game like they want the #2 seed, but health is certainly the priority. Time will tell...
Not enough games and also trails Embid.does lebron win the scoring title, or did he miss too many games?
Oh. Because he just was bragging about his 30ppg on his instagram. Seems totally insecure for someone who has been phenomenal at what he does since he was 18. Something off about him last few years. Not enough games and also trails Embid.
Well those people are idiots. That was an insane title to win. It was a mental war of attrition in there.I don’t think people give as much props on the bubble title.
I think he is similar to Tom Brady in the regard that both have played so long now that while both are still wanting titles, they are so close to so many longevity records that they are both going for them. I can't say I blame either. The average fan is strange in that we always talk about records and stats and whatnot, but the second a superstar goes for a record or openly talks about it, it's suddenly a problem. LBJ has become far less likable in the last few years for a variety of reasons, but I don't have an issue with him going for longevity records.Oh. Because he just was bragging about his 30ppg on his instagram. Seems totally insecure for someone who has been phenomenal at what he does since he was 18. Something off about him last few years.

The NBA really should penalize them in some manner.
Carmelo Anthony?hard to imagine the NBA's best player for most of the last 20 years could suck as bad as he does at basketball
a remarkable feat
Since 2017 Dirk Nowitzki has played in more games than John Wall. Actually true.
that's because he sucks. terrible at basketball.More fun facts: For the first time since the 2008-2009 NBA season, LeBron James will miss the NBA Finals in consecutive years.
Since 73-74, the only players to average more pp100 possessions in a season are Harden, Kobe, and Jordan - they all did it once.fun fact: Embiid first center to exceed 30ppg in over forty years (Moses Malone '80-1 - Shaq 29+ pts 3x)
LOL, it's hilarious that some actually think the champs are afraid of a 7 seed that is atrocious defensively. The Bucks are the defending champs. The Nets are paper champs.@gruecd
Your boys ducking Brooklyn today.
Whussupwiddat
Edit: Philly did too. Apparently Boston is the only one with the guts to step up to Brooklyn. Although it would be hilarious to see everybody give up the extra round of home court and then the Nets have an off night against Cleveland.
Bucks are going to sweep Chicago. That 3 seed was so much better than that 4 seed. Going to be tough for Philly in round 1.LOL, it's hilarious that some actually think the champs are afraid of a 7 seed that is atrocious defensively. The Bucks are the defending champs. The Nets are paper champs.
Well they flat out made no effort to get the 2 seed. Why would you say that is when it means they won't have home court advantage if they get to the semis agaisnt the 2?LOL, it's hilarious that some actually think the champs are afraid of a 7 seed that is atrocious defensively. They just prioritized rest and health of all their main guys over that possible scenario.Well they flat out made no effort to get the 2 seed. Why would you say that is when it means they won't have home court advantage if they get to the semis agaisnt the 2?
A 7-seed that had to play Durant and Kyrie 40 and 39 minutes, respectively, to beat the Pacers' B team...LOL, it's hilarious that some actually think the champs are afraid of a 7 seed that is atrocious defensively. The Bucks are the defending champs. The Nets are paper champs.
Who cares? If we can't beat Toronto missing Thybulle for 2-3 games, we don't deserve to win anything anyway.I cannot believe Morey made it like some coup that they were able to keep Thybulle, knowing he wasn't fully vaxxed. If they could have traded him and maybe a pick and still kept Curry and Drummond, they really messed up.

Nets wanted Seth and Drummond. Who knows if they even wanted Thybulle. It's time for the Sixers to shut up and Win.Well, I feel like the margin for error is smaller with the current roster and that they would have been better off (regardless of vaccine) keeping Curry and Drummond based on how all have performed since the trade. This just makes it worse.
It's speculation based on the fact that he refused to answer the question. Is it true that Jaylen Brown isn't vaxxed, either? If so, it would explain why the Celtics played for the 2-seed instead of resting their guys and having to play the Raptors and not having Brown for the games in Canada.
I would say that would make him more likely to not be Vaxxed. It's speculation based on the fact that he refused to answer the question.
Brown is a very principled guy so he is probably just standing by his belief that it isn't anyone's business. He's also a well educated and intelligent guy and I'd be surprised if he wasn't vaccinated.
Thought there would be more traffic in here re: Vogel finding out he was fired at the post-game conference. BUSH LEAGUE
I'll take Bucks in 7, but I agree that a rematch seems inevitable.Finals - the rematch - Suns over Bucks in 7
Yes.Who cares? If we can't beat Toronto missing Thybulle for 2-3 games, we don't deserve to win anything anyway.
