What is he basing that on?  I’m not saying I disagree but I don’t think it’s obvious.  Cincinnati played UGA tough last year.  I think UGA beats them easy but I think they may beat OSU easy too.

ND will beat Stanford, who beat Oregon, who beat tOSU. Thus ND > tOSU. Equally logical as your assertion.
