Kadarius Toney should be a 3rd round Dynasty pick.  Even if he gets draft capital.  

Drafting QBs that early in a 1 QB league - no way. Even Tlaw.

Smith and Waddle are much too high in all formats.  Pitts, Mac Jones (2QB), Rondale and Bateman above them.  I am leaning Terrace above them too. 

I have Lance above Wilson and would switch them.  This is fantasy and Wilson doesn't have that rushing upside. 

Carter way too high and Gainwell too high.  Jermar Jefferson >>>>> those two, especially Carter.  Also Tylan Wallace, Elijah Moore above those two. 

Jordan > Friermuth for fantasy purposes. Especially if he can stay healthy. 

I have Chase above Harris and all RBs by a mile.  He's an infinitely better prospect than any of the RBs. 

Mac Jones too low in 2QB.
