10 point game at the start of the 4th….absolutely they can still close this out.I thought the Heat were gonna close it out tonight and the Knicks would collapse. Guess not
How many intentional fouls did MIA take? Must have accounted for at least 10 of those free throws36 FTA vs 19
Wow.
Holy **** what a game. Garden was absolutely bonkers.
Did you mean a win?Knicks on pace for 56 points tonight

We’re down Quickley who is every bit as good as Herro. Stop whining imoI love Bam…..but Herro’s impact is also strong and I said Arguably…..If we lost Bam it would have been worse though.Heat fans really do overrate Herro. Poor BamConsidering we are down arguably our second best player.
Scott Foster, The Extender, is 100% going to be in LA for Friday night. League wants that colossal Game 7 Bron/Steph tv rating.Of all Four 3-2 series', how many go 7 games?
Foster was in LA for game 4. Didn’t make a difference.Scott Foster, The Extender, is 100% going to be in LA for Friday night. League wants that colossal Game 7 Bron/Steph tv rating.Of all Four 3-2 series', how many go 7 games?
Lots of stray elbows and face hits tonight. Evidently Twitter was full of comments about the Warriors training for that degree of face punches all season. At least according to my teenage son.Ugh - AD left in a wheelchair and might be in concussion protocol, LeBron gimpy on his ankle, next game on Friday. It was fun while it lasted.
Not arguing that at all.Agree…..but damn….he is special in the post season.I think you have to at least win a title to get there - not taking away anything from Butler, he definitely raises his play in the postseason.Ummm, he's probably top 10 all-time of the entire NBA post-season history..I can argue Jimmy Butler as one of the all time great Heat post season players in team history
Relax dude. I already said I need to relook at it.Wherever that "list" is, the one absent of Curry, is funny is all. No, one shot, nor series or season doesn't even come close to defining a player.
But that was straight filth to end the half, and nobody in the history of the game is a better shooter than this guy. Who turned Golden ****ing State, of all teams, into this? Boston? LA? Chicago? Sure, there's plenty of resources to build around.
I mean, you've got to be kidding me leaving him off the top 12 or whatever it is. Larry Bird (and others on that list) were never pulling off those kind of 3's, no matter how much you'd like to hold onto the good ol' days. No F'n way.
He literally does it all the time. And for how long now? What more does it take?
It's all a ploy. Lakers 100% win game 6 and I'd be happy to do some sort of bet on this.Ugh - AD left in a wheelchair and might be in concussion protocol, LeBron gimpy on his ankle, next game on Friday. It was fun while it lasted.
The no TO thing is immensely overblown IMO. Everyone acting like taking a TO meant they'd automatically win.I can't help myself, I'm going to rip on Boston some more.
It all started when they didn't finish off Atlanta in game 5. That screw up started the chain of events that led to where we are today. The Sixers got a couple more days to prepare and rest, which undoubtedly helped them win game 1, which Boston (again) took too lightly. Then the game 4 debacle. Missed Smart 3 to win in regulation and no TO and no shot at end of OT. Joe Mazzula looks in over his head. The Celtics were gift wrapped a Finals run and have kicked it.
LOL, why don't you try relaxing? This isn't a frat house. I didn't even know/specify or quote you, I was simply stating my opinion. On a message board. Sorry if that offended you, truly. I love your takes.Relax dude. I already said I need to relook at it.Wherever that "list" is, the one absent of Curry, is funny is all. No need to do what you did in the derby thread to this one.
No titles then he's this generations Malone.Depends on how many rings Jokic ends up winning. If Jokic wins a couple/few rings—then absolutely he’s in that conversation of being this era’s Tim Duncan (and consequently probably universally considered a top 15-20 player of all time). If Jokic ends his career without a ring—-I could see there being a lot of debate and ambiguity about where he gets historically ranked. I’d personally have a hard time putting him outside of the top 50 at this very moment in time.Is Jokic this era's Tim Duncan?
Surprised you're not jetsetting to Miami, you being at only Knicks winsDid I mention I splurged for Game 7 tickets with Otis eldest.
One game between us and that. Friday night in Miami. OMG.
Jesus….who is whining….now I know why I rarely post in the NBA thread. We’re down Quickley who is every bit as good as Herro. Bonehead mentality in here.
See ya….enjoy the rest of the post season.
I’ve considered this. Lucky Otis charm.Surprised you're not jetsetting to Miami, you being at only Knicks winsDid I mention I splurged for Game 7 tickets with Otis eldest.

Good luck tonight. Rooting for your team. My first b-ball obsession was the early 80s Sixers team with the Doctor, Moses, Mo Cheeks, Andrew Tony, Bobby Jones, etc.Making a commitment that if i am near this thread tonight, there will be no posts about refs, whether good or bad. I'll keep the emotional roller coaster the Sixers have taken me on since the Process began to an internal dialogue re: officiating and spare others with any mini rants/venting.
Honestly have no idea who wins this game tonight between Sixers and Celtics. Each game has been a story with-in itself, and both teams have been so up and down all series. That being said, Sixers have been pretty dominant for 7 of the last 8 quarters (game 4 OT excluded), so logic would suggest that the Sixers can remain locked in. And of course, as i type that all i can think about is all of the double digit leads pee'd away with Doc as the 76'ers head coach in the playoffs, so all betting will be in-game bets
thx. i only caught the tail end of those guys and hopped on near the Barkley rookie year. funny how that was fun back then, then they trade Barkley for peanuts and we have the 90's Sixers, headlined by my man, "the Real Shaq", Charles Shackleford. some dark days until Theo and AI came onGood luck tonight. Seriously. All these people yesterday acting like it's over. I'm sitting over here just praying we finish it tonight.Sweet Baby Jesus....Please let Philly close this series out tonight. Truly Yours, Timmay
worse then complaining that a 1st team all-NBA player really isn't good at all, he doesn't really care about winning and is really the 3rd banana on his own team?It is not a universal law of basketball that the natural distribution of FTs in a game should be 50/50, yet it's a playoff tradition for everyone from fans to coaches to whine about free throw disparities. Bottom-tier NBA discourse IMO.
