I don't really see this as a transfer portal issue. It's a Bama has a soft defense line and vandy just rammed it down their throat.

Bama lost a lot of 3 star players. That has caused the parity. They lost a lot of depth there.

My point is…..it also weakens perceived powerhouses. So everything and anything can happen more than ever.
