2024 Philadelphia Eagles - Winless in Baltimore against the Ravens, nevermore. (4 Viewers)

Browns saw Watson’s performance, looked at his contract, and went right to the investigation notes to nudge another victim to come forward so they can void his deal.
New NFL report just came out attorney for women suing Watson now has video. Perfect time or coincidence? 🤔

just saw AJ on the injury list as a limited participant with a hammy issue, anything to see here? MNF game so tough if this gets to a GTD type thing.

We can win without him. I dont think atl is very good and cousins can barely move. Defense can carry us.
I dunno, I think ATL bounces back (a bit anyways).

I still like our chances tomorrow, but am more worried about this becoming a long term thing for him.

Eagles win tonight if they just stay patient and run the ball. Was not a great average, but the Steelers did run for 130+ on them last week with basically no threat of a passing game with Justin Fields playing QB last week. Big Devonta and Saquon game. Someone is gonna end up with 125+/2+

that field was trash last week

The Packers held the Eagles to 3.8 yards per carry. The Packers had 7.8 yards per carry.

I said I would reserve judgment on the Eagles until they played on a decent surface, but even before the first game, my biggest concern was rush defense. Nothing I saw in game one gave my any reassurances that it's not going to be a problem going forward.

Here’s my bold predictions for the next couple weeks:

Eagles win tonight, but with AJ out, the game is a lot closer than expected before the injury. The line is Eagles -6, I think, now? They won’t cover, but squeak out a 21-17 win. Bijan will get a lot of carries and have a couple of huge runs: 22/115/1.

The run fits are too inconsistent, and the tackling on the 2nd level is still a weakness.

AJ out means Terell can stick to Devonta, and they can’t move him into the slot, because who’s afraid of Jahan and Parris outside? Goedert and Szechuan have to have big games.

After 2 not super impressive wins, everyone is worried. But NOS, who always play us tough esp in NO, are gonna slap us around with that new-look offense and a solid D. Philly fandom implodes into a hot, fiery mess of Angeli Cataldi hot takes.

The Tampa game will only throw gasoline on the fire. PFF will grade Jalen as the 52nd QB; Philly will be ranked at 21 in all power rankings; violent crime will rise by 18% in city limits. It’s going to be a rough 3 weeks.

Yeah I’m not loving the next few weeks early

No it wasn’t it was just not made for nfl football. Made for Soccer and that’s what happens when you play American football on it. Samething happens with Soccer when they play on American football fields.

Trash. We aint playing soccer bro
But again the field was perfect just wrong sport playing on it. JJ watt sent out a tweet explaining the whole thing. His wife plays for the Houston woman’s club.

Point is they just shouldn’t be playing those games on those surfaces.

nicks seat just got hotter. Fangio’s Def legit sucks, no pressure, zero tackling and Cousins just shredded them at the end. Offense is lacking without AJ and he’s going to miss most likely 1 more if not 2 games. Another double digit Rush attempts for our QB?

This really isn’t looking great so far this season.

I'm ready to fire Sirianni now.

I don't care if Moore called that throw, Nick should have overridden that immediately. Also not kicking a FG in the first half cost them the game.

Maybe after NO and TB smoke our D he will be gone.

I want to know who insists on the passive defensive schemes that we have had since Sirianni took over. They don't work in today's NFL. Is this from Sirianni himself or the front office?

Didn't understand not taking the FG in the first quarter.

Play call on 3rd down was genius... box had 9 to 11 guys in there ready to stuff the run, we caught them off guard, and had a perfect pass into Barkley's hands. He catches that routinely, it's over. Either way Atlanta was getting the ball with 1 minute left, and they scored in 1 minute anyways.

The defense. I thought it was an overreaction in the first half as they actually held atlanta to 6 points... but Atlanta's offense looked bad, and they still torched us at will in the 4th quarter. The Saints are guaranteed to drop 30+ on us next week, and I don't think without AJ, that we can put up 30+.

Not sure what needs to happen, but this is as sick as I've ever felt after a loss. He catches that ball 99/100 times... and we'd be sitting here at 2-0. Very frustrating.
