This is a annual redraft league - WCOFF oriented rules - 12 team - total points for 14 weeks and then head to head in Weeks #15 and #16.

The winner walks away with $2000 and the loser of the championship game gets $500.

I would like to know more. Like who holds the money etc. Its hard sending out $220 to someone you don't know but i am all ears for now.
