Looking to start up a $30 deluxe draftmaster or draft-n-go league on my fantasy league. This will be a draft only league. Once we draft we are done. Just follow your team until the end. No setting lineups, no waivers, no trades etc.

The deluxe version means that each player can be on 2 rosters. I will collect $840 in entry fees and $160 will be paid to my fantasy league to host the site. This means $680 will be paid out in prizes. Payout will probably be 4th gets free entry next year, 3rd gets $60, 2nd $200, and 1st gets $390.

OFFICIAL CONSTITUTION OF DELUXE DRAFTMASTERS LEAGUE

1. Overview: The DraftMasters League will consist of 24 teams, with
each team compiling 26 NFL players through an auction draft. Teams
will compete in a season-long competition for the highest number of
points, accumulating points from Week 1 through Week 16 from its
highest scoring players from the 10 required positions. The 4 teams
with the highest point totals in each league after Week 16 will be
determined the league champions.

2. Draft: We will have a 3RR draft as soon as the league fills and all money is collected. League will be formed on a first-come first-served basis.

3. No Trading: Trading is not allowed during the DraftMasters season
and owners are not allowed to trade draft picks.

4. Roster Requirements: Maximum of 26 players at all times.

5. Starting Lineup Requirements:
Starting lineups will consist of:
* 1 Quarterback
* 2 Running Backs
* 2 Wide Receivers
* 1 Tight End
* 2 Flex Player (RB, WR or TE)
* 1 Kicker
* 1 Team Defense/Specials Team

7. Free Agent Acquisitions: There are no in-season free agent pickups
in DraftMasters leagues. What you draft is what you get.

A. League Management Web Address: My Fantasy League will host our
league and you can access your league via the Internet by going to
www.myfantasyleague.com .

B. Scoring: There will be no lineup submission for the DraftMasters
leagues. The computer will give each team an optimal fantasy point
total each week from their top-scoring QB, 2RBs, 2 WRs, TE, K, D/ST and 2
Flex Players. Teams will accumulate these optimal point totals each
week for 16 weeks. Scores in the DraftMasters leagues are finalized
with no changes possible after 6 p.m. EST each Thursday after the
weekend games.

8. Trades between managers: To minimize the possibility of collusion,
there will be no trading allowed.

9. League Structure: Each league will consist of 28 teams competing in
an overall scoring format for the league championship. Teams will
compete for points from Week 1 through Week 16 of the NFL season. The
teams with the top 4 point totals will be awarded prize money at the
end of the season.

10. Prize Breakdown:
Prize structure for $30 league is as follows:
* 1st place wins $390
* 2nd place wins $200
* 3rd place wins $60
* 4th place wins free entry into next years league

11. Draft Rules:

1. We will use the draft rules of the site where we are holding the
draft. This will be a slow 3RR draft with an 8 hour timer. The timer will lower to 1 hour a few days before the NFL kickoff if we are not done drafting.

2. Trading: There is no trading allowed during the DraftMasters season.

3. League management: The league will be available via the Internet at
www.myfantasyleague.com after we have drafted and I have imported the
rosters.

12. Draft Spot Selections: The site used for the draft will randomly
select the order.

13. DraftMasters Guarantee: Once a participant submits valid payment,
no money will be refunded to participants unless the DraftMasters
league is canceled. A team spot is considered filled when the entire
$30 is paid. When a participant agrees to submit payment, that
participant has demonstrated his/her acceptance of these rules and
regulations for the DraftMasters leagues. I reserves the right to
refund any entries not comprising a full 28-team league.
