Hey Guys
We're looking for a guy to take over an orphaned team. We're an active league looking for an active owner. This league is an auction league with player salaries, contracts, and franchise tags. Full rules can be found below. We use Leaguesafe and the Groupme app.
The team's players are:
1. We are all adults, we should act like adults, lets keep this friendly.
2. $25 buy-ins, due July 26, 2019.
3. QB, RB, RB, WR, WR, WR, TE, RB/WR/TE, K, DST, 11 Bench, 1 IR
4. $250 Salary Cap, hard. You may not go over this limit during the season.
5. Salaries are determined by the auction draft. Free agent salaries are $1.
6. Unlimited keepers for a maximum contract term of 3 yrs. In regards to free agents picked up through the waiver wire, the first year in the contract is the year you added them to your roster.
7. For each year you keep your player, his salary will increase 10%. Free agents who were picked up through the waiver wire the previous season will have their salaries increased to $5.
8. Rookie Bonus- drafted rookies can be kept up to a maximum contract term of 5 yrs. Undrafted rookies picked up through the waiver wire will be subject to the normal 3 yr maximum.
9. Each team may place the Franchise Tag on one player in order to keep them beyond the player's contract. The player with the Franchise Tag will have their salary increased 20%. The team must designate which player is subject to the tag by the Keeper Selection Deadline. Please see the Pre-Season Schedule for this date.
10. Teams who drop a drafted player will be subject to a cap penalty equal to 50% of the player's salary. This penalty will be levied until (a) another team adds that player and assumes his salary or (b) the end of the season. Players with a salary of $4 or less are not subject to this penalty.
11. When a player is traded to another team, that player's salary and contract is transferred to the new team as well.
12. All trades must be approved by the commissioner, only to prevent any extreme abuses within the game.
13. 1st place gets $200, 2nd place gets $75, 3rd place gets $25.
14. Rule changes are done by majority vote.
15. All monies will be exchanged through Leaguesafe.com (it's like paypal for fantasy sports).
16. If you go over the $250 Salary Cap and do not bring your team below the Salary Cap before the current week's NFL games begin, the Commissioner will bench your entire team, resulting in an automatic loss. Players will remain benched until your team is brought below the $250 Salary Cap.
17. The waiver priority order for Week 1 of the year will be determined from last year's rankings. The waiver wire order will be as follows: 1. 7th Place, 2. 8th Place, 3. 9th Place, 4. 10th Place, 5. 11th Place, 6. 12th Place, 7. 6th Place, 8. 5th Place, 9. 4th Place, 10. 3rd Place, 11. 2nd Place, 12. 1st Place
18. Our league year begins on March 15th of each year. There can be no official league activity likes trades until this date.
