I've been looking for a league to join but I couldn't find the one I wanted so I decided to make my own. This is a $25 league that will be handled through Paypal to avoid fees. Payouts are listed below. Redraft, 12 teams, PPR, played on Yahoo. The settings are below. Draft is tentatively Sunday, August 21 at 2pm EST. I cant join from here, but I def want the team if you will hold it until this afternoon.
 
I sent an email asking how to join and pay.

How does the Yahoo can't cut list work when a player on the can't cut list is hurt. Will the software allow you to cut the player at that point?
