$250 Dynasty startup - 2QB, PPR/no K, no D, no IDP/deep rosters (1 Viewer)

I am starting a 10-12 team dynasty league that will hold its startup draft in June or July. All money will be handled through LeagueSafe as I understand any concerns with the larger buy-in. The league is really focused on just QB-RB-WR-TE, no need to worry that the starting kicker you draft is going to get cut in training camp. It’s going to be a fun league. The basics are below:

-$250 buy-in (+ a $100 deposit)

-10-12 teams with deep rosters/starting lineups (see below)

-PPR scoring, 4 points per TD pass, 6 points for all other TDs, 1 point per 25 yards passing, 1 point per 10 yards rushing/receiving

-4 teams make the playoffs: the top 3 teams by record and the team with the most total points outside of the top 3 records

-#1 seed gets to pick his opponent in the playoffs

-2 weeks per playoff round (weeks 13-14 is round 1, weeks 15-16 is round 2)

-payouts are as follows: 40% to champion of the playoffs, 35% to regular season points champ, 25% to loser of championship round

-startup draft will be 3rd round reversal

-rosters will be 27 players + 1 IR slot + 7 Practice Squad slots

-practice squad players can be stolen/traded

-starting lineups are as follows: 2 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR (4 WR if only a 10 team league), 2 TE, 2/3 flex

-will use LeagueSafe for payments and myfantasyleague.com as host website
