No matter how many drafts I do or look over, the teams that pursue this strstegy for team-building invariably seem strongest to me post-draft, so long as they stock up on RB's in the next phase of the draft.

Bell for sure if you get lucky and he's there. No question on that. If he goes #1, then you have to make the tough decision. I think it's a total deadlock between Charles and Brown. Can't go wrong with either. AP/Lacy could be in the mix too, but I put them a TINY bit below Charles/Brown. Go for Brown if you think your league gets all over wrs fairly early.
