In a dynasty league, how do you rank the 2nd tier TE's?

Guys like.....

Cooley

Crumpler

Witten

V. Davis

Heath Miller

L.J. Smith

McMichael

Watson

Troupe

Winslow

Stevens

Clark

Hilton.

I really like guys like Winslow, Cooley, Troupe, Watson, and V. Davis. I think they have the most upside.

Most of those guys offer pretty good value in most dynasty drafts. I'd also add Marcedes Lewis and Alex Smith to the list. I highly recommend Lewis at his current ADP, as I feel his value will almost certainly increase in the next couple of years.

First, I don't consider Crumpler or Witten 2nd tier guys so I would rank them above the others you mentioned.
