Is this team still open, & if so what are the requirements regarding adding & dropping of players & is there a rookie draft?

Hi. We were having trouble filling the teams so we've decided to do a dispersal draft. If you are interested in that, let me know and I will get you in. There is a rookie draft and each of the teams' rookie picks will be part of the dispersal, and after the dispersal draft we will have our rookie draft. Roster size is 20 with 2 IR spots during the season, but rosters must be down to 17 or however many necessary so your roster size doesn't become invalid due to the draft.
