14 team league, Victory points, 1 superflex (QB eligible) option. limited # of college players (7) can be picked each year. League in 6th year. Fun league.
Good players available - 1 of the 3 orphaned teams finished 2nd place last year.
The dispersal draft will include some dynasty foundation pieces like Antonio Brown and David Johnson, as well as other good productive young players (Maclin, Lockett, CJ Anderson, etc).
There are three first round picks for 2016, including the 1.04.
There are also lots of productive vets available in the dispersal draft (Marshall, Forte, etc), so teams can field competitive team right away or pick up valuable pieces that can be flipped later in a trade if rebuilding.
Also, in this format, QB position is important, there are 6 QBs with secure starting jobs available (Romo, Roeth, Eli, Palmer, Flacco, Smith) so the possibility for all three teams in dispersal draft to come out with at least 2 starters. Plus some wild cards.
Aside from the players on the open team rosters, veterans in the free agent list will also be made available for the dispersal.
