PremiereBGKFL is back for the 2012 Fantasy Football season - I have been running this league for about 6 years and it's always a blast! We have active managers, an early draft date, .5 PPR scoring, and a $30 entry (100% payout of course). The league is on Yahoo, with the draft date being Saturday, July 28th at 2:00 PM EST (standard snake draft). This season, we are adding a second QB position. I feel like this will add another layer of strategy and many managers have been asking for it for the last few seasons. If you've never been in a 2QB league, this is the perfect time to try it out!
*League payments are made through LeagueSafe, which keeps your $ secure and guarantees payouts as soon as the season is over. I use this service just in case any new managers are worried about joining a league with an unfamiliar commish. For the record though, we never have any issues in this area.
Regarding IDPs, scoring for these players has been made very low - they were added to allow us to track defensive players, which adds a unique aspect to the league. So you don't have to worry about prior knowledge of defensive players - they very rarely have much of an effect on the outcome of a matchup (usually scoring about 2-3 points each per week).
8 managers are currently in the league, so I'm looking for about 4 more. I've got an email list of managers that may be interested, so I'll turn to that if I can't fill the 4 spots quickly through this forum.
