Auction Draft (Initial auction will include rookies but all years after will be rookie only draft determined by order of finish and potential points)

Dynasty Format (Keep all players, no salaries or contracts)

After the draft you are able to trade with any team in the league

8 player Taxi (rookies only, but can stay for up to 3 years)

This is a 32 team/2 conference/double player pool salary cap league that had it's startup last year.  It is a $40 entry fee and once you have paid, you will gain control of your team right away.  

This is a ppr league with 11 offense and 11 defense starting positions.
