Salaries determined by bidding on free agents or a Rookie salary wage scale for drafted players

Very active- normal 150-200 trades/season
Free agents are bid on via auctions.
We will have a dispersal draft for all new owners, with at least these teams once the teams are filled. With the dispersal draft owners should have a league average team or better if they draft well.
No entry fee, as several owners chip in to cover the MFL fee.
