The 5th of our Gridiron Fantasy Leagues is launching and needs active, competitive owners.
The league features a Dynasty Format with PPR, and weighted IDP scoring to make Defense equal to the importance of Offense. 45 man rosters with 8 PS slots and 2 Devy player slots.
The Chosen Ones has one twist from your standard dynasty.
At the conclusion of each season, we will hold the Purge. The Purge is a 6 round event where each team protects 1 player at each position, plus 1 wildcard player from any one position within the safety of their Franchise walls. All other players will be subject to the Purge.
In the same order as our rookie draft order, we will steal players from each other until each team has stolen 6 and lost 6 players. Each time you lose a player, you may protect one more from your franchise. Players stolen, can not be stolen again by another franchise.
So its a fun way to have an active offseason period and will shuffle up some of the roster without being too detrimental to your teams. But this will also promote trades of higher quality players when owners want to trade a player rather than having them exposed to the Purge at seasons end.
IF interested, dues are $35 a season and we ask a two year commitment to start. We are filling our last half of the league, and have 10-12 spots left, The draft will begin immediately following the leagues filling, so please email me if interested at calebplak@gmail.com
