3) Starting lineup/roster construction?
4) Scoring and settings?
5) How long has this league been active?
6) What pick(s) do the orphaned teams own in draft?
7) What time on the 30th is the draft? Live draft or slow draft?

Both are rebuilds. I can send pic of rosters to your email if you like.

QB, RB, 2 WR/TE, 2 Flex, 1 K, 3 IDP. Max 22 players on roster.
Fractional scoring. 1 point per 10 rushing/receiving yards. 1 point per 20 passing yards. All TD's are 6 points.
League started Peyton Manning's rookie year. lol. This is year 20 for me.
One orphan has pick 6. The other has no 1st round pick, but I will likely give them pick 13.
Draft is at 7pm EST on Saturday 8/30, Live draft. Usually only takes around 1 hour.

The fewer players you keep, the more picks you have after round 1 AND the earlier those picks are. Also, the worst teams have top waiver priority EVERY week, so those that pay attention and are active have an "easier" time rebuilding.
