Been running a local league for a few years now, and every summer we discuss ways to tweek the league rules to make the league more competitive. This summer we debated draft order, and the discussion focused on 3rd Round Reversal or Delta 3 Draft.

I have read several articles supporting the 3RR, but the stats used to support the arguement come from leagues with 12 or more teams.

So I ask, is the 3RR/Delta 3 necessary ina 10 team league?

I dont have an answer for you but I hope you dont mind me asking a question here also. Is there anyone out there who thinks that Banzai/3RR doesnt work? Many of the arguments I have heard all revolve around the same issue. How can someone place values on a pick that no one knows (accurately) how it's going to produce? Where do all these values come from?
