3RR in a dynasty draft (1 Viewer)

Just curious. Without getting into the details, a new league I'm in opted to go with a normal serpentine. It doesn't matter to me as I'm smack dab in the middle anyway, but I'm curious to see what non-biased FBGs think.

If it matters, assume 16 teams.

I've only had one dynasty draft and thought it leveled the playing field. We rolled dice, the highest rolls picked their spots and so forth. A lot more goes into picking the spot in 3RR.
