I don't know if this is fact, but I suspect that if we did a study of the coaching hires each year where teams go out and snag other teams' OCs, that we would see that it seldom works out the way we connect the dots (Ohh, coach X is an awesome running coach, he will boost the value of RB Y).

It's probably hit or miss but I don't think its more likely than likely that the success carries over because these owners should realize that these coaches don't bring Peyton Manning or ADP with them.
