There are 4 leagues of 12 teams each. One top tier, two in the middle tier, and one in the bottom tier. Each year the top teams move up and the bottom teams move down. You start in the bottom tier.
It is on Sleeper with $20 to LeagueSafe for dues. SF, 0.5 ppr, no Def with a slow draft as soon as we are full.
