4th overall pick? Keeper League w40 players kept overall (1 Viewer)

Hi all...I have the 4th overall pick in a 10 team keeper league (Each team must keep 4 offensive and 2 defensive players, with each keeper counting as your draft pick two rounds higher than the round they were drafted in).

Full point PPR with standard scoring and bonuses (100 yards rush/rec and 300 yards pass)

All rookies are available for the draft.  In addition, these are the top veterans available:

Antonio Brown, Julio Jones, AJ Green, Lesean McCoy, Rob Gronkowski, A. Cooper, Demarco Murray, Todd Gurley, Dez Bryant, Brandin Cooks, DeAndre Hopkins, E. Elliott, De. Thomas

I'm wondering who you'd rank in the top 4?  Keep in mind, anyone drafted in the first two rounds has no keeper value. I've got Brown and Jones 1 and 2...But 3 and 4...and most likely my pick...are tough.  My keepers:  Matt Ryan, Jay Ajayi, Michael Crabtree and Stephon Diggs.   Do I take whoever is left among AJ Green and Lesean McCoy?  I'm tempted to take a flier on Gurley and hope he can bounce back.  The Rams OL is much improved and Goff looks like he's made progress.  AJ Green is always nicked up and I don't have a lot of confidence in Buffalo this season.

Thoughts?  If you leave a link, I'll definitely answer your question as well.

Thanks!

I would go with AJ Green and McCoy as my 3 and 4.  But I don't see them as head and shoulders above the others listed.  Everyone listed has a some risk.

Also, since you can't keep anyone drafted in the first two rounds I wouldn't worry about any of the rookie RB's.  I would go with more proven players like the ones you have listed.

Gurley with the fourth pick that seems awfully high?  If McCoy is on the board at 4, you can't pass him up.  The guy will help you at RB and in PPR.  He had 50 receptions last year.  That's 50 more points just for the catching passes.  I don't think you can be unhappy with a McCoy/Ajayi backfield.

If McCoy goes third, you take whoever is left between Brown/Jones/Green
