This league is pretty inexpensive (there has been some talk of raising the fee but not by much)
Auction League with salary cap - and, while this team like many others, is over the cap - they have some great keepers:
Tom Brady at $18
Dwayne Bowe at $8
Santana Moss at $16
Jason Witten at $11
You can certainly rebuild and/or compete with this team - the guy never paid for last year so I gave him the boot.
