Creating a new Dynasty League for 2017, I have been a dynasty commissioner for the past 6 years in another league, but deciding to start a new one for 2017.
Right now I have 11 openings, but I have several people in my other league that may be joining this one.

32 Roster Spots w/IDP (Gentleman agreement to Keeping 24 active players on the roster during the season)
12 Taxi Spots - 3 Year Max (1/2 Salary on Taxi)
$300 cap w/70 contract year max
Will have an initial 4 round rookie draft in random order, will be determined by playoff results in the future.
Free agent auction draft will take place in late July or early August for veteran players and undrafted rookies.

Conference winners: ($25)x3 = $75
Super Bowl Winner = $250
Super Bowl Runner up = $155
Third Place = $50
