We had a full league, and 11 of the 12 owners have already paid (LeagueSafe), but after the payment deadline and multiple emails/texts, one owner is MIA.  We have a policy to wait until all 12 teams have paid to do the draft order, so at this time I have decided to find a replacement owner as to not delay the league any further.  Email me at ericharaga@gmail.com if interested and ill send you the rules & payouts.
