This one has the same TE scoring as the first league I posted, but passing TD are 6 points and INT are -2 points.
Mandatory Start only 1 QB, but you start up to 3 QB with 2 Superflex (QB/RB/WR/TE) slots.

BEST BALL REGULAR SEASON AND TE PREMIUM SCORING
The earliest we will begin the Startup Draft will be May 16th Friday.
Entry fee is $75: $50 toward the first season with an automatic $25 deposit for the following season. $50 annually thereafter. If you drop out of the league the money will not be refunded and will be tossed into the pot or towards discounting a team if needed. LeagueSafe will be used.
If by the trade deadline (Week 11),
you have traded away ALL Future picks (Rookie+Devy), you must pay for the following year in full $50,
you have traded away more than half of Rookie and/or Devy picks combined (6 out of 10) you must pay $25.
You may only trade future picks ONE year in advance.
PAYOUTS (after MFL fee has been deducted)
1st $250 (50% of pot)
2nd $167 (33.3% of pot)
3rd $83 (16.7% of pot)
BONUSES (when you have these award winners on your roster at the end of season)
Heisman winner $10 (If a defensive player wins the award this money will go to Regular Season Total Points winner)

MFL $50 (if league filled and paid before June 9th 2014)
Starting lineup: 1 QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 2 TE, 2QB/RB/WR/TE. NO DEF or K. Ten (10) total starters. This will be a Best Ball league during the Regular Season Weeks 1-13. That means you will not be required to set your lineups. Takes the worries out of starting the wrong players or forgetting to sub out injured players at the last second. Once the playoffs start, you will be required to set your lineups.
Playoffs - Weeks 14-16. Will consist of 6 teams, with the top two seeds (Total Points) receving first round byes. The Highest seed plays the lowest seed in advancing rounds. You will be required to set your lineups for the Playoffs.
Toilet Bowl - Non-playoff teams will compete in their own bracket for pick 1.13 in the Rookie Draft and Devy Draft. Worst two teams (Total Points) get bye for Week 14.
Scoring Rules of Note -
--- During all Drafts, there will be no Max so as to account for extra draft picks if any. You will have 1 week to cut down to 30.
Taxi Squad - All Devy players go on Taxi. Max of 30 (as that's the MFL limit).
IR - 4 IR spots that will include those with OUT and SUSPENDED Status. IR does not count toward your Roster Max.
Draft Order - You will allowed to choose your draft slot after the order generated with this app: http://www.fftoolbox.com/draft_order_generator.cfm. From this generated order, you will be allowed to pick your draft slot! Keep in mind 1.01 of Startup Draft will get 1.12 in the Devy Draft.
Startup Draft - 31-round SNAKING that includes rookies. 12-HR timer. MFL will auto-pick if you time out. If I am online, I will manually skip your pick. If the pick on the clock is traded, I will re-set timer if I am online.
Inaugural Devy Draft - 10-round NON-SNAKING. Will be Rounds 32-41 of the Startup. Any college player including incoming 2014 Freshman eligible (any HS player graduating in 2014). Reverse order of 1st Round of Startup. Picks can be traded ahead of time before and during Startup Draft. I will manually create each college player and they will be on your MFL rosters. Any college player on waivers is eligible to be picked up. 12-HR timer.
Devy Draft - 6-round annual NON-SNAKING each following year. Will be held in Rounds 1-6 of the Rookie Draft. Will be held in early April or a week after the NFL Draft, up for vote.
