PPR dynasty (0.5 pt for RBs), 12 teams, $25 plus MFL fees

Start 1QB, 2 RB, 3 WR, 1 TE, 1 Flex (RB/WR/TE), 1 K, 1 Def

The format is a little different from most leagues. Most leagues have playoffs in weeks 15 and 16. This league's playoffs coincide with the NFL playoffs, which means teams can only do well in this league's playoffs if they have players from NFL playoff teams (and preferably teams that will play multiple games in the playoffs). As a result, players on good NFL teams become more valuable, and there's a lot of trading near the end of the season as this league's likely playoff teams try to acquire players from NFL playoff teams, often trading to the weaker teams draft picks or stronger fantasy players (from non-NFL playoff teams) in exchange for NFL playoff players. It makes for a fun league.

The current owners are largely old-time FBG members. (The league originally grew out of a several hundred page dynasty thread.)
