Footballguy
This year I have started a 64 team redraft league with a $55 entry and more than 1k going to the champ. Payment deadline was May 5/31 and I had 8 or so not pay, so I'm looking for replacements if anyone is interested. For this league think fantasy football meets college basketball march madness. Below are the rules.  If you join I ask that you pay within 48 hours. I really want to get the KDS draft started by Sunday

Available teams as of right now
Memphis Maniax
Orlando Rage
Atlanta Falcons
Los Angeles Rams
New England Patriots
Houston Texans
Orlando Predators
Birmingham Stallions

The team names and logo can't be changed.

$1k Football Madness League

League Overview:

*The idea behind the league is to have a March madness type tournament at the end of the regular season where the Champ will win over $1,000 dollars with just a small entry fee. In order to achieve that, the tournament will have to start in week 11. Since the NFL has used BYE weeks into week 11, and sometimes week 12 that has to be taken into account when putting together a team.

*League Fee will be $55 (includes myfantasyleague.com fee)

*The league will consist of 64 owners.

*League will consist of 4 divisions.

•Championship Bracket (all 64 teams will compete)

•Consolation Bracket (32 teams that lose in the first week of the Championship bracket complete)

*100% of league money is paid out minus MFL fee.

*All money will be held and paid out by leaguesafe.com.

*Player Universe - All NFL Players - Each division will have their own player universe.

*Scoring Type - PPR (Point per receptions) and performance based decimal scoring.

*Standings - Winning percentage

*Schedule- All in play.

Payouts:

*$55 X 64 = $3520 minus $140 MFL fee (early bird price)

*1st - $1000

*2nd - $500

*3rd - $260
•#1 seeds (4) - $100

*Elite 8 teams (8) - $50

*Final Four teams (4) - $100

*Consolation bracket winner - $100

*Division that finishes their draft first - $160 - $10 per team.

*Recruiting bonus - $55

*Team that scores the most regular season points - $105

*ALL MONEY WILL BE PAID OUT AFTER THE CHAMPION IS CROWNED.

Recruiting bonus:

The owner that recruits the most owners to the league will have their entry fee returned. Commissioner is not eligible to win. In order to get credit for a recruit that person must tell the commish who recruited them and that owner must pay and play in the league. Basically they can't join and then quit.

Divisions:

*The league will be made up of four divisions (AFL / XFL, NFC, AFC, USFL) each with 16 teams.

*Team names are already set using teams from those named divisions.

Rosters:

*Rosters will consist of 25 players.

Rosters will consist of the following positions:

Starters:

*11 Total Starters - 1 QB, 2-3 RB, 2-5 WR, 1-3 TE, D/ST,

In-Season Free Agency:

*Each team will have $ 200 in blind bidding dollars (BB's) to use throughout the season. (not real money)

*The blind bidding period runs from Sunday at 1PM to Wed. at 11 PM.

*Then first come first served runs from Wed at 11 PM to Sun at 1 PM.

*Remember each team only gets 200 BB's for the season, once you run out of them you can only add players during the first come first served period.

Trades:

*Prior to the start of the draft teams will be allowed to trade draft picks. Trade vote will be turned off during this period. Once the draft starts picks are no longer allowed to be traded.

*After the draft and through the season only players can be traded, no BB's.

*Trades will be under a 2 day review and will take 20 votes against it for it to get vetoed. Owners are expected to vote on each trade as soon as they can. Trades are subject to being vetoed if 15 or more owners feel the trade is unbalanced in an unreasonable way, or that possible collusion has taken place.

*If a trade veto does occur then it is final. The owners can try to rework the deal if they choose to.

*The following is regarding any team that "changes their mind" about a trade. All trades are final... if you accept or offer the trade and it is accepted, even by "mistake", it's final. In order to accept a trade you must click on the "accept" button, confirm that you are accepting a trade, and then send the response. So pay attention to what you do! Unless there is reasonable evidence that something went wrong, the trade will not be reversed.

*There is no change in voting deadline time for any Thursday games, so do not expect trades to be rushed for game time, plan accordingly.

*Trade Deadline - Before the start of Week # 9

Draft:

*We will do a Kentucky derby style draft first.
*Then the drafts will be a 3rd round reversal draft (3RR). 1-16, 16-1, 16-1, 1-16, 16-1 and so on.

*The drafts will start on August 1st at 7:00 AM EST

*The drafts will be 25 rounds and the draft will be a slow draft. Draft timer will start at 16 hours

*It will be at the commish's discretion to reduce the draft timer to make sure the draft is completed in a reasonable amount of time.

*Each division will have its own draft and the league that finishes first wins $160. $10 a team. Will be paid out at the end of the season.

Regular season schedule:

*The regular season will run week 1 - 10 of the NFL season. The regular season will determine the seeding for the Championship bracket. Each division will have its teams ranked 1 -16 at the end of the regular season.

*The league will use the all play feature MFL offers. Which means each week you will match up with the other 63 teams in the whole league. This way you can see how you team stacks up against the whole league, not just your division. At the end of the regular season your team will have played in 630 games.

*With that many games there shouldn't be any ties will it comes to ranking the teams at the end of the regular season. In case of a tie in the rankings, we will use the info below as tie breakers.

Standings Sort Criteria #1: Overall Winning Percentage

Standings Sort Criteria #2: Head-To-Head Record

Standings Sort Criteria #3: Divisional Winning Percentage

Standings Sort Criteria #4: Total Points Scored

Playoff Structure:

*All 64 teams make the Championship bracket which will operate similar to the NCAA march madness brackets.

*The 32 teams that lose in the first round will all compete in the consolation bracket.

*Seeding will be determined by the regular season standings.

Inactive & Abandoned Teams:

*Owners who fail to submit a valid lineup for 2 consecutive weeks will be considered abandoned.

*Owners who fail to log in to the league for 2 consecutive weeks during the season shall be considered abandoned.
