Hi guys have a new fantasy football league we are starting up. I have ran leagues for years but this one is going to be different. We are going to have a 8 team, 40 round draft, and this will be a Keeper league. There will be no FA pickups, waivers, or trades. This is a straight up hardcore league where you have to bring it on draft day. The league is also a all play league. Which means you play all 7 teams 14 times. This cuts down on teams getting lucky bounces due to a weak schedule. The playoffs will be 1 seed vs 4 seed and 2 seed vs. 3 seed in week 15. The 2 winners will battle it out week 16 for the Championship.

The league draft will be August 30th,2009 at 7pm EST.
The fee to join is $30.00. You will get your team today without having to pay but the fee has to be paid atleast 3 weeks before the Draft. If you wish you can pay now though.I am covering the site Fees so the Prize Pool will be 100% payout. The full $240.00 will be used in the prize pool. All prizes will be paid out after the week 16 games are final.

Passing Yards 1 point for every 50

Additional League Rules Setup
All play League-Meaning you play every team in the League everyweek during the regular season, the playoffs will be weeks 15-16. The top 4 teams record wise at the end of the regular season will advance to the playoffs
Payouts-100% Payout on Leaguee Fees paid.Meaning everything paid into the League will be put into the league prize pool!!!!
League winner recieves $160.00 plus a League Champion trophy.
runner up will recieve $40.00
for the Pools there are 3 different type of Pools-Survivor winner $10.00/pickem winner $10.00/ff pickem $10.00
most points scored will recieve $10.00
40man Rosters-I have set Position min and max limits on every position. That way everyone gets enough players to cover there roster any given sunday and so there shouldnt be a problem with some1 having a illegal lineup. If indeed some1 doesnt have a player to start to fill a position(injuried player or players') they will be given that players backup. I do not forsee a issue with any1 not being able to submit a lineup weekly with 40man rosters and plenty of depth at every position.
Waivers-No Waiver League-Each team owner will have a 40man roster after the draft is over. there is no reason to have waivers
Trades-No trade League-you draft your players and thats final no need trading for players just draft your players and play the season. trades ruin FFLs..!!!
No illegal lineups EVER-I do NOT want to ever see a illegal lineup. Make sure you set a complete lineup weekly. Its the responsibility of each team owner to make every attempt to make sure his or her lineup is accurate before kickoff.
Playoffs-The top2 records in the League get automatic bids into the playoffs. The top Record out the 2 will get the #1 seed and the other team will recieve the #2 seed.
The Wildcard teams will be determined like this-By best records after the 2 top seeds.Tiebreakers are in the bylaws along with other things you can find there.
Seedings for the draft next season will be as follows. The league winner gets the #8 pick. the runner up will get the #7 pick. After that it will be slotted by
records. Worst to best record is how you will be slotted for the 2010 draft order.
Keepers-You keep 3 players.
Keeper picks do not need to be choosen or turned into me till 2 weeks till the 2010 Draft. That way you have plenty of time to make a decision and if you lose a guy to injury etc. you can choose other players
