Am I on the right forum this time?? I hope so.

Anyway, there should be two emergency numbers, 911 and 811. 911 for the true urgent emergencies, and 811 for the non-urgent type deals.

As soon as a 911 call is recognized as non-urgent, bam, transferred to 811.

At some point we gotta stop having 911 cluttered up with nonsense.

I love this idea. This way you separate the essential, I might lose my life emergencies from the non-essential, I might lose a freaking digit ones.

I think we should also have a 711 for anybody having a large enough party where they either might forget a course of food, or, heaven forbid, need a reminder so that they don't burn some of the courses when trying to serve everything buffet-style. A ​social emergency, if one will. Kind of like social fascism, or institutionalized racism

Maybe we can extend it out, and forget all about those slippery slopes.
