A Few Things to Keep in Mind Before the (1 Viewer)

First off, Congrats to the Steelers and their fans, what a terrific run through the playoffs!

Secondly, every fan has hope for their team before the season starts. Please try to keep everything in perspective as the year moves along. No matter how good or bad your team looks in weeks 1, 3, 8, or 16, what it really comes down to is how they do in the playoffs.

For those of us whose team will not make it, take solice in the fact you have a team you can root for.

For those who are fortunate enough to have their team make the playoffs, be thankful and enjoy the ride. But, also be careful to not overstep the line with premature boasting and trash talking. For all it takes is one fumble at the goal line and someone who knows which way to cut against a backpeddling slow QB(with a ton of heart) to change your fortunes!

Only 1 team gets he chance to be Champions every year. Give them their due. If it's your team, rejoice with dignity, be thankful, and cherish it always.

But above all else, be excellent to each other!

Now, lets get to some damn football!
