What do you need?  Floor or Ceiling?  If you want/need a floor I would pick Thielen.  If you want the boom I would lean towards Brown.   

I just worry that Brown has games like he had in the playoffs with 2 catches for 9 yards.

I am also assuming this is in a redraft format since you are just asking for ROS.  In a dynasty it's AJ Brown and not close.
