It also looks like not working regularly on a TV show is being kind to her as well. There were times on The Office where Pam looked like she was just shy of getting a little chunky (that was even the butt of some jokes on the show, IIRC), but even being pregnant here, she looks nice and trim, which can be seen in her arms.
